Use my penis to pull the lever back and fourth on my rowing machine :cool: I thought of this awhile back, if I could attach my penis to the lever safely [I have an idea how] I could than sit on the seat and lean back, and my penis would be getting a god workout from pullin the handle.
I would have the tension set to medium or low to start with.
Dunno if I can even get the penis to stay attached to the lever, I mean it'll probably slip ?:( I shall look into it soon.
If I could get this set-up right, than a few of these at medium/high tension would really attack the ligaments like no other stretch before.

Ideas and thoughts on this.
 
You could use like a bib hanger as the attachment to your penis and have that pull from the rowing machine, although wouldnt regular hanging produce a smiliar stretch without so much complication?
 
Yeah, but I dont have a BIB.
I could use my AFB set-up, NICE IDEA Gandolf.

Do you think this would be anygood, useing this kinda stretch for gains ??? or is it just madness?? I dunno.
 
Instead of attaching it to a rowing machine, how about just a bar or pipe? That way can use the strength of your arms fully on the ligs without grip slipping or hand getting tired too soon. That's what I was thinking about anyway. I just feel like I need to get more muscle behind my stretches. Those ligs don't burn like they used to. You might have to be careful if your arms are real strong, tho!
 
Good idea Kong, but what I forgot to mention is when you do this ''Row'' action, its like a Explosive routine, or whatever they call it in BB where you hit an area hard and fast over and over instead of long and slow, which is what most Penis Enlargement stretches are .. the squat and sit-up stretches are explosive, I'm wondering if this would work the penis better than a stationary stretch held for a certain length??
This explosive theory can be used in hanging, if you swing the weights around while you hand .... better still bob up and down so they bounce [safely] of your penis, creating the explosive force over and over.
Deep inside, I think this sort of work could be better than simple pull - hold stretches.
EXPLOSIVE stretches, do they have potential????

I follow ya Red. I think it sound like it should do a heck of a job, but if you're not careful also sounds like a greater chance of injury. so please bud be careful.
 
I agree. Faster gains from the explosive force but at a greater chance of injury. I do stretches that way sometimes if I don't feel like I'm getting any serious results. I grab and kind of yank it instead of the long, slow pulls. Careful with it, tho!
 
Or, you could just anchor a bolt into a wall stud, attach a hanger to penis, and then lean back from the wall with your full body weight. LOL

I dont think you guys appreciate just how much the avaerage guy like me listens to what you say. If you guys say jump, many will say how high!

Cutting edge shit is cool, but with the power you guys have, you need to be careful of what shit you put out. For crying out loud, slap a warning on this thread...and then keep on coming up with the new shit I love so much!
 
Im with Gandolf. I dont really see how its different than hanging except for maybe an increased risk of injury.
 
Think of it this way. Put your first against a wooden board and push hard. Nothing happens, but over time you might begin to bend it a little, warp it out of shape. Now, draw your fist back and punch. Crack! It busts in half. Now, I'm not saying break your dick, but the explosive force may cause more microdamage to the ligs, speeding up gains, than just a steady, low-level force. Definitely more dangerous, tho. Heed the warning!

As I said, you want cutting edge stuff, you come here! I agree with everything you guys have said about the potential of this type of exercise. I just thought that they were underestimating the potential for injury.

Maybe Im like DLD, just to easily worried.

LOL my wife thought that the first time she walked in and I was doing Penis Enlargement. funny thing was it was just basic stretches after a nice long hot shower.
 
Hum... gee Red sounds like plyo's I think It might work, but I would try to attach it with a heavy elastic band (between bib and rowing machine) just to take edge off of shock.
 
Hey why not make a bib and attach it to a rope and put it on the drag in the rear side of a car. Then try to drag it ;) hehe just kidding lol

Seriously seems very intense im shure it will wolk great with a easy amount of weights. :)

I gave, welll thought of the rower as a EXTREME example I could use.
Someone mentioned the Plyro by DLD, yeah they use the same concept, same with JAI stretches except they aint done intense, also squat/sit-up stretches use the concept ..... I'm merely wanting to discuss if this FAST HARD pullin/stretchin of the penis is better than a LONG SLOW HARD pullin/stretchin method ??? I think the Explosive is better, I feel MORE pain in the ligs ... but it borders on injury at times.

So would doing FAST HARD BOOOM BOOOOM stretches/pulls be better than SLOW HARD DING DONG DING DONG stretches/pulls ???? the BOOOM and DING DONG are like examples to give ya an idea of how the reps would go, or time scale lol ya know what I mean.
