So I just started the Newbie routine a couple days ago despite me being apprehensive of getting rough with my member LMAO

I'm extremely cautious when it comes to these workouts because the only thing worse than a small penis is a "broken" penis lol.

I fear my apprehensiveness has caused me to not do the workouts correctly, more specifically with the right intensity.

So my first question is should I feel any kind of "pull" or sensation in my penis? If so, where? The shaft, the base, where specifically?

The only thing I feel is discomfort from my grip. After I do my stretches the "rim" of the glans and the piece of skin that connects the glans to the foreskin is purple.

I don't feel longer or thicker and my erections were actually harder prior to starting Penis Enlargement. I understand Penis Enlargement is a long term process but shouldn't I have some indication that it's working?

For example, once I get done with say, a "Straight Out" stretch I see my flaccid length increased but for only about 10 seconds. Then 10 seconds after that my penis returns to it's original flaccid length. Should it be returning that fast? Wouldn't it stay in the stretched state longer?

The last thing I want to do is get off on the wrong foot and end up injuring myself.

Any help would be appreciated.
 
Chafing of the skin is pretty much a given.
Non-slip grip helps avoid that a lot.

First, it's extremely difficult to rip your own dick off.
Next, pay careful, conscious attention to what your body's transmitting to you; seperate the sensations of your skin from the sensations of the inner penile structures.
With practice you'll be able to tell tunica from septum from ligs from skin from etc.

As for the retraction after stretching, this too is natural.
It's your penis's response to stress and simply a way to try and avoid further "injury".
After you get the hang of things this shouldn't freak you out anymore.
As you advance further you can learn many ways of using that response to your advantage.

But for now: stick with the newbie routine.


A couple of days of exercising is, in the Penis Enlargement world particularly, just the tiniest fraction above zero when estimating your total time investment.

(How high would you expect yer bench press to increase after 3 or 4 sets?)

Same with Penis Enlargement; you're after cumulative gains, over periods measured in weeks (if yer damn dedicated AND lucky) months (typically) and years (for slow gainers).

Read my sig and see if that helps the lightbulb burn a little brighter.

Thank you for your response, it's much appreciated.

I wasn't necessarily expecting visual gains during these few days but I was expecting some sort of indicator that I was gaining, e.g. soreness in the ligs.

Like the example you mentioned, I wouldn't expect to increase my bench press in a few days but I would expect to have some soreness in my chest. I thought the same would apply to Penis Enlargement.

Your penis is tougher than you think. Don't be afraid to pull on it with some good intensity; that is what makes it grow!
