Yo, DLD, do you consider 1' 1/4 inch in length in 6 months to be excellent gains, average, or below average?
That’s excellent I mean after six months gaining an inch and a quarter is amazing and I can relate to that because I put on 2 inches in the same amount of time.

Assuming I stay healthy and with a decent routine, how long do you think it will take me to reach another 1 1/2?

Hello All, apologies ahead didn't know where to post this but... Been a member for a while just haven't posted much and the procrastinating is over - but I'm in need of a routine for length. I'm an intermediate PE'er. I have the Silistretcher and Xtreme 30 also with plenty of time and privacy.
Right now i where the Silistretcher all day w/breaks including bundle stretches , then jelq for 30 minutes right after being in stretcher all day, and then right into the bathmate for 20 minutes. i do this 5-6 days a week. That's my routine. also need a crucial kegel routine i need my dick when hard at 12 o'clock, saw peter north book routine, but would like to hear what the community recommends.
I'm 5'6 and am currently 6x4 would like to achieve...
goal: 7x5
ultimate goal: 8x5
Any tips and a routine that i could use to help me achieve this goal i would be so appreciative.

Well I started 10+ years ago and been on off then went cold turkey for about 5 years. When I was somewhat consistent I gained 1.25-1.5 (7" to 8.5ish). I just restarted a little over 2 months ago and went from 7.8 back to 8 SOLID! My wife has NEVER came this much even when I was at 8.5 and just chop that up as me knowing how to hit it better ?. This time around I'll be cementing my gains and getting in more seat time.
I haven't measured since I started back up. But in a little over 2 months I gained a.25" in length, and close to the same in girth. All these years I've been jelqing wrong ?, and think my gains have mainly came from doing the exercises right! I have the 1st gen bathmate that I stretch in and a cheap ebay extender. I also have a Bib hanger that I'm going to start using again.
not about growth, but since I started PE again like a month ago, when I fap (once a week) I stay erect for a long time after the ejaculation
