Recently I pulled my penis hard and my left testicles got swollen. So I stopped taking all my pills to increase my blood flow and stopped doing P.E. 7 days have passed.

I started to use ice pack on my swollen left testicles.

To my surprise I am getting much harder morning wood. Previously I used to get morning wood with the help of herbs only.

Now I feel my erection have increased, premature ejaculation is improving, feeling more excited during sex, better flaccid hang, and have a feeling more length and girth.

I will use ice pack regularly for 3 month at least and post my result.

I am waiting when my testicles will heal then will ice pack give me the same result.
 
this actually makes sense. ice has an ability to increase bloodflow to an area on the body when it is exposed to cold temperatures. to heat them up again.

by this theory there could actually be potential for better libido by cooling down the area.

i like it. it's mad and it's crazy. but i like it please continue

another thing that may have an effect. that we haven't thought about.

is ices ability to improve recovery of tissue in the body.
and its ability to stop inflamation.

i mean you strain a muscle what do you do?

put it on ice!

i mean we are tearing tissue by force. what if this is the trick that makes said tissue heal faster?

just a thought

heat therapy is outdated its now cold for injury.
 
wont the ice make the ligaments more light and cause strain on ligaments when stretched.....but i wanted to clear that heat will make the ligamnets loose which is good for stretching.....but ice will make it more cramped up.....correct ??
 
Absolutely pogzee. And for a workout. I will still be using heat to loosen up the tissue.

BUT!

Lets say we do it something like this with an SRT approach in mind.

Morning. Wake up.
Lenght work
Heated warmup.
Manual stretches. 10 mins.
Drumsticks 10 mins
LM streches. 10 min.

Pack into all day stretcher of choice.
And wear through out the day.

Evening.
Girth work.
Heated warm up.
5x5x3
Clamped work.

And then. We give it an ice bath.

Advantages of the ice bath:

Better circulation.
Higher test.
Faster recovery.

Disadvantages of ice bath.

The penis gets cold makes everything shrink. Sorta removes the whole idea of staying elongated as long as possible.

But. When the penis is exposed to cold. The circulation will increase.

Perhaps in the long run. The body will produce more heat to this area to protect it. Actually giving it a more elongated state.

I dont know. Try it :) i believe there is some potential in this that we havent considered before. And i want to test it out.

The cold approach was meant to help in cell division by the micro-torn tunica further micro-tearing when it tries contracting from the cold.
You're pretty much tempering your sword.

I guess what is the best knowledge to have is when to use heat and when to use cool.

For me, heat has always been good for PE whether length work or girth work, heat is good and far better than cold. If I want to train, I make sure that everywhere is a bit warm to make me sweat.
 
Never understood ice and cold as they contract more than expansion
