So i was doin the newbie toutine for over a month and i went on vaca with my girlfriend and her family and ive had no time to do pe for 6 days.
We literally all stay in a same eoom together and are always out and dojng something and i can only take a 5 min shower. Today i tried working out
1. I noticed my penis just doesnt feel as thick and long and i cant stretch nearly as good. Why? Will it come back easier?

Yes its all good bro actually you'll find that it trains even better after some days rest:)

Don't expect permanent gains from just one month of training.

That was not a permanet gain...it was just a temporary gain..

Follow the http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/64036-srt-the-fastest-way-to-a-massive-penis-and-a-perfect-body.html to cement your gains.

But i was gonna dobeginner routine for 2 momths before srt. Do i have to restart the 2 months again before srt?

You can't cement gains in 2 months...You can start doing the SRT if you have the equipment.

It is true imo...maybe small gains..like under 0,5"..i gained 0,7 in length and 0,3 in girth in 2 months( following the SRT ) but atm i'm not doing PE , i took a break for like a week and i already lost some length..i think you need a solid 3 months of consistent PE to cement the gains..or maybe it's just me,every body is different.

As you make new gains, some of the old ones become permanent. Exactly how much we can't really say but most people say to carry on for either 2 months or half an inch past your goals to be sure you'll keep them. 6 days should not be enough for any major losses though and gains come much quicker the second time round.

I try not to look at cementing in time more than I do size over goal. If I were looking top make a 2 inch gains I would go for 2.5" so when I retire, if I lose a bit of temporary gains (up to 1/2") I will still retain the permanent gains of the goal. In most cases cementing happens as part of the entire process. Lets say you are shooting for a 2" gain in length, you will gain in small amounts and as new gains happen the old will be cemented, this process is repeated over and over until goals are made.

To get 8.5 inches bone pressed, you need to go to 9 inches.

That would be what I would do. Loosing an un-cemented 1/2" is very possible so going past the goal makes good sense to me
