How much is over training?

I do 30 mins Jelque and 30 mins Stretching per night, plus my kegels. I want to know if I can do more throughout the day, or in the morning and make good/better gains still? I've heard people say that training alot was good, and some say training a lot was dangerous.. So how much is too much? And is it alright for a newb to train 6 days per week?
 
Would it be bad to train like more than once in a day then? How long should you let the penis heal inbetween stretching/jelqueing?
 
you can stretch twice a day (like im doing). jelq just once a day as its a more intense exercise

it all depends on your body.

here is how to test it. workout more than usual on a day of pe and later on tht night if you can get an erection easy enough then you have not over trained ;)

me personally wen i started pe i did it alot.

i did wet jelqs for 30mins and stretches for nearly 1hr sometimes. as well as ulis and dry jelqs at the start.

yeah well I do it at like 10pm and I have no problems getting erections in the morning, so I think its all good. Thanks.
