hey guys ... i am sitting at 7,5 inch Erect length since START LOL

and i stretch after rice sock warm up in all directions for like 30 min, i also do Lazy ASS stretches

then i go on to DRY jelqing for 30-120 min

and ye thats it ... but no length gains while i gained good amount of girth ...
 
Ha ha. No but seriously, you probably are a girth gainer before length. If you gained girth and are happy with it, just stop the dry jelqs. Those are best for girth, not for length. You need to bash that plateau your body has set for length gains. Have you read the SRT thread fully yet? Use bundles as much as you can during the day. If you can't, use them as your warm up with the rice sock. Then do your length routine followed by staying extended. You've stretched the tunica with your girth gains so that should help. You need to set up a length only routine with plenty of kegels. Then you won't need to worry about jelqing. Bundled A stretches, __________ stretches and foot long stretches are major players in length gaining. Try to set up a routine that is focused in length only. That should help, not a guarantee because we're all different, but it should help.

good idea with the bundles ... really should use them more

There is a time where manual exercises will not work for you anymore,you need higher intensity.Get yourself a Lengthmaster or a SizeGenetics.Also you might wanna read http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/87265-10-reasons-why-you-are-not-gaining-feat-childsh.html#post669152,maybe there's something else you do wrong.

SRT is the way to go. If you are only looking for length than you will only need to do the length portion of SRT. This will bring you the fastest length gains.

You are starting with a 7.5 inches length, you are very lucky. Just get yourself the length master only since you are not too far away from 9 inches. You can easily gain 1.5 inches in length by using only the length master consistently for bundled stretches.
