Hello to all,

I am about to start researching PE and putting a plan to get before I start my journey. For those who can answer, how much time per day does one need to dedicate to penis enlargement practices for a steady return on investment?

I think that PE could be comparable to weight training in the sense that a "clean" pro body builder lcould workout out 3 hours a day (fitness / bodybuilding professional ) and see gains faster than a person who works out for passion/leisure 1 - 1.5 hours a day. The leisure path will take longer, but it is more economical for a person who doesn't work in / male stripping for example I want to know what to expect and how much work to put in ultimately?

So how long will it take for :

Fast gains on a crash/ cram course (Hare Path):
Slow and Steady gain over the course of a few years + path ( Tortoise path)

Well why don't you check the SRT routine n the Newbie Routine you will get your questions answered there set routine (6 months 2 inches)...check them n you will see

14 Years and I still have not accomplished PE greatness, although I have accomplished incredible gains. It all starts with taking that first step. Start with the Newbie Routine, take advice from the SRT Routine (especially if you plan on using tools) and start yourself a progress thread. This will be a very big step in your success.

Look at me, it took me years. I was never in a rush, I just wanted to find better, smarter ways to gain. Over the past 14 years I have done a lot of PE and it paid off big for me. The best advice I can give is stay consistent and don't give up before the miracle happens.

I really don't want to quit..:p but im not that convinced, actually im not convinced at all evenso i have been trying to stay positive n focused...

you will get excited when u see gains....u will feel depressed when u dont....you will get anxious adn worried when u see some changes that u never saw....but be consistent....listen to ur body....give it rest when it needs as you are beginner,....take it easy in beginning....its like body building.....

be ready to spend all day thinking about your penis ;)

Men should just realize that PE is not a pitstop, it is a life changing practice. I never plan to quit PE, ever. I have absolutely no regrets about spending 14 years to become what I have.

breaks, not being consistent, even being skeptical besides i get depressive sometimes n nothing can really happen when i deal whit that.....evenso i have been trying to stay consistent..In PE a positive state of mind is key but sometimes i just cant.. hope the LM solves this issue LOL

@Templenight The srt routine i tried that routine a while ago (the stretchings n jelquins) but i got really bored besides i didnt have that much privacy n time..maybe i should restart whit that routine?:(

I know the pain...for me motivation for PE comes very easily..i wish i had the same motivation for dieting & exercising..i just measured,i gained some length but i didn't noticed anything since i have 1,5" fatpad...i really need to get my shit together and start dieting.

You and me both! I sparred a guy boxing today and I could barely go for 5 minutes before I was done. I used to be able to go beyond the ring time. Oh well, just shows I need to get my exercise on even more.
