I've been conditioning myself since march (stretch only) 10min stretches 4 days a week (2on 2 off)
Then since this month I began with DLD's noobie routine (stretch only) and built up from 1 set to almost 2 sets now and I'm now getting lig ache during my workouts, which lingers after a workout
Is this a bad thing? I wouldn't say its painful, but its uncomfortable and typing this out I know its there.
I can't even do the 3 sets since during a stretch the lig ache is really pronounced and it feels my cock is going to detach (lol) Is this considered fatigue?
Im not sure where to go from here, whether I should back down to 3 days training per week, or push myself through the discomfort.
I honestly don't know how you guys do it, doing lengthy routines with training tools, sitting hours on end in extenders, doing 20mins of jelqing. Don't you guys experience any pain? I reckon I'd be in agony
PS: Haven't experienced negative PI's (hard flaccid, cold, pain, loss of EQ)
the only time I've experienced a hard flaccid for several hours was when I wore my extender at max BPFSL for 10mins, with only a shower as a warmup. I wouldn't have thought it would of caused a negative PI, but it did.
