This is my first time back on the forum in a while, and since my girl is gonna be gone for the next several months, i'd like to surprise her with an extra inch (even though I barely fit as it is) when she gets back. But DAMN it seems like there's a ton of new shit coming up on here and old shit I need to re-read. It's giving me anxiety like a motherfucker just trying to figure out where to start. The SRT thread is so damn long, it's about the size of a book lol. Can someone just give me a super intense workout? I already know the basics. I've been fucking with Penis Enlargement on and off for years, so my gains come and go (now i'm back to natural size).


Also, why the hell is the forum blue? It looked SO much better red haha
 
Welcome back :)

What's your "Erection Quality" like? You might have to do a brief refresher routine for a few weeks to get fit enough again for an advanced regimen.
 
It's as good as ever. My girl and I have sex 2 or 3 times a day and it's rock solid until it's been beat to death haha

Nice! Welcome back my friend! I hope you grow as much as you wish, but if you have not been doing any Penis Enlargement in the time frame you were gone, then I guess your penis has lost its conditioning and I think that starting off with a VERY intense routine would hold the risk of you getting injured.

I don't even know where to restart at now. I've done the newbie routine probably 5 separate occasions (i always end up getting a partner who can't take my normal size and have to stop). I know i could definitely handle an intermediate routine. Just not sure what stretches and shit i should be doing. I just saw the thread on here about the slinkys and wanna try that and I guess I'll start clamping again. But as for length, idk which ones are the strongest now. It seems like new shit has been discovered lol. Last time I did Penis Enlargement, I mainly did the basic stretches, Blue Whale's stretches, then the DLD blasters

That is good news :) Getting back into training with a brief refresher routine (3 weeks or so) minus any scheduled stamina exercises should help you ease back into training form.

Yea i've been doing lazy ass stretches all day because i've got a shit ton of papers and projects due for school (next week is finals). Then I planned on doing the newbie routine for a couple weeks. I hate jelqs though, so I may do less jelqs and go ahead and start clamping. Then after a couple weeks add those slinkies to my routine. They look super strong and i've read a lot of great stuff about them

BTW, what happened to Red? I haven't seen him around yet
 
I wonder if he's alright. He was one of the biggest gainers i've ever seen and always came up with new ideas and exercises. Oh well...good to see you're still here and active. I just checked out your website in your sig. What does it consist of that we don't already have on these forums? Because these forums have enough info to write an encyclopedia haha
 
So i did my first length workout last night. I was just going to do 30 minutes, but once I started, I couldn't stop lol. I stretched for a little over an hour, and today my dick skin is SORE! But my ligaments and tunica aren't sore at all, so I'm still conditioned for the exercises. I forgot how good it felt to do them.
