Damn. This stuff is crazy. I only took one scoop and lifted like a champion in the gym. Wasn't even tired. I recommend this to anyone new, or old to bodybuilding just for a first try. Damn, man...lol.

when i was pumping i took whey and fruits mixed with milk and drank it while i was pumping i got constant energy, no need for things that are build by guys in some ratlab..

Jacked 3d is my favorite pre workout. It's cheap, effective and requires small doses.

It's great stuff. Never felt the crash, or tingling feeling like some others have. Plus, I'm going to be doing two weeks on, two weeks off, or use it to bust through my plateaus at the gym. It was a crazy feeling though, but I got out on time atleast ( 52 minutes ).

True, true, but there isn't anything wrong with trying it out, atleast if you're eating the right foods and taking care of yourself. I know one guy who takes no-explod and jack3d too. Of course, he'll probably be going to an early grave soon.

You don't make any sense. You believe Trans Fats are good for you, but Jack3d OMFG it's the devil created in a rat lab! GTFO.
Milk, whey, and mixed fruits intra-workout? Lol.

Any specific reason why you're going to cycle it 2on/2off?

Purple Wraath gives me the tingles, but I enjoy that feeling. :p

It's really intense, so I want to keep it at bay for health reasons. Works great, but I don't want to end up in the hospital either..lol.

Why not?
Whey is great protein and fruits supply constant sugar lever in blood!
I take one sip every few minutes, and im good to go...
Trans fats are not as harmful as you think if you eat them in moderation, french fries here and there, but these product are not tested by any real lab.
These quantities are far beyond what human body needs to operate.

Think what Alex is saying and I would agree with him here, is that you dont need many of these products at all and they often in the long run do more harm than good. Stiummulants are everywhere in life now from Caffeine in Coffee, Chocolate to the energy drinks like Red bull. We dont need them, its bullshit if you ask me. No one needs this before a session, its psychological and if you want it than psych yourself up naturally and do it without this.

The long-term is that overuse of stimulants will mess with your adrenal functions and has effects on the CNS. Long-term health studies dont exist on much of the shit being pumped into these 'exotic' pills nowadays and one assumes because they say lab its safe, when many of these labs are not true labs at all.

If you like it and it works for you than fine, just be careful and try to do it naturally because you will like it more. The guys who get the shakes form stuff like this is just proof of the CNS being affected by the stimulants in it and that isn't good. Your cardio system is being affected and potentially some of you could have underlying health problems not diagnosed such as heart problems that will be made worse with crap like this.

Very true and informative. I agree. Never took a pre-workout supplement before, nor felt the pump I did. That's why I'm steering quite clear from it and not take as much as I should. Rest of my meals are healthy, so I'm good.

Thats good. I have taken stuff like this in the past such as Superpump 250 which sounds great and looks good. Lots of stuff in it and costs abit as well. Well the fact is one can purchase what they need cheaper from good wholesaler and safer. Superpump for me and I mention it here because that had stimulants in it, gave me intense focus right afterwards but I got the shakes to some degree and had to keep moving ... very active and it gave me the SHITS :) Did I get more gains in strength and mass what I was looking for VS not taking stuff like that - No so all in all I didnt really need it and can go without it, and have gone without it.

What's in the stuff? I've used multiple 'pre workout' supplements/mixes in the past myself. To name a few: Superpump (aka "super-dump" because it was notorious for giving you the shits...me too), No-Explode, Stacker(insert the various numbers..I've tried em all), clenbuterol (the real stuff), Ragnorak, Black Powder, Animal Pump, Ultimate Orange (the REAL stuff from the mid 90's with ephedrine), Ripped Fuel (also the old school, real deal with ephedrine) . They all gave about the same amount of energy. I'm not the type that overly sensitive to stimulants and was between 5' 9" and 175-210lbs when I tried the various products. What's the best solution I've found so far for great energy before I hit the gym? 400mg of caffeine from 2, 200mg caffeine pills. No fancy mixes, no hyped up product names, just a plain old, boring $4.00 bottle of 80 pills at 200mg each. That's around 10 CENTS per workout ;) Plenty of energy, I feel normal, and always have a great workout. I'm one of those weirdos who doesn't have to feel like I'm 'wired' or like my heart's about to race out of my chest to have a great workout. A lot of that is psychological anyway. LOL, reminds me of a time in the Marines. Few of us were drinking buddies and there was a new kid in the platoon who'd never had a drink of anything in his life. He had no idea what O'Douls' was. 'Non alcoholic' beer. Anyway, we had a 6 pack of that stuff sitting in the fridge and one of the guys decided we'd mess with the new guy and "get him drunk". After his 3rd O'Douls' he starts talking about how "buzzed" he's getting. LOL Fun times.

Hey, I didn't know you were in the Marines, still. Semper Fi and thanks for your service!

Isn't Ragnorak the Viking version of the apocalypse/end of the world?

USPLabs Jack3d is the best Pre workout product,HANDS DOWN! Tried most of them over the few years & now I only use Jack3d. No fillers(sugar, additional stims, etc.) and you never build a tolerance like most products, Just insane workout after workout.

Words of wisdom and experience. Glad yo know I'm not alone with the Super-Shits :)

Very informative guys. Well, today I used some and went to the gym to do chest & triceps. Buddy, I increased my chest on the flat-bench dumbells by 15lbs and my rep ranged increased as well! I use to suffer badly with inclines and increased that from 50 ( which I use to struggle a lot ) to almost 80lbs at my forth set. Than I did close-grip bench presses for triceps with a warm-up of 50lbs than doing 60lbs for two sets and 70lbs with a spotter at last set. Man, I wouldn't even think about doing that ever. After that I did the decline skull-crushers which I breezed through effortlessly, than the rest.

By far, this stuff is great. Never fatigued like I use to during my workouts. Not saying that Jack3d is the holy-grail of pre-workout supplements, but it's working pretty good for me in increasing my workouts and endurance.
