Hey buddy.
When you're clamping, or any other Penis Enlargement work for that matter, you're using blood to expand your tissues. (with hanging discoloration happens when a bad wrap has been used and blood is trapped). In specific, when clamping, you're keeping most of the same blood 'pooled' in the penile chambers. From the research that I've done, when the tunica is under maximum internal pressure, it will open up its pores and let the leaked blood as well as other fluids to pass through it.
