what you do is attach a hanger close to the balls as possible without pinching any of the sac or turkey neck if you have one. I'm using a Bib hanger but you can do this with the LengthMaster as well. I suggest using a quality hanger like one of the two I suggested. In this video I'm using 10 lbs. Once you have the hanger attached you put one foot on a bed, chair or anything about the same height or higher if you wish. You have to step up slowly and lean forward and stretch your other leg on the floor outward. As you are doing this you swing the weight back and forth straight forward and back and side to side. For me I feel this kind of stretching attacks more one lig at a time. Then you switch your position putting your foot that was on the floor to on the bed and the foot on the bed to the floor. Repeat the process and try to get the right position and movements to feel the stretch and burn. The goal here is to feel the ligs burn. I feel this exercise stretches one lig more, than both at the same time. Your penis should be fairly conditioned for this exercise and I recommend warming up first and making sure you have the hanger attached and adjusted properly for your penis. I like doing two sets of these 15-18 minutes each. Then two sets of hanging behind the cheeks.It is recommended by Bib and from what I read to not hang longer than 20 minutes at a time and take a break as long as each set. I like to edge and jelq between sets along with stretches. Let me know what you guys think! :cool:

Good video but some extra light would make it great. It is difficult to see the exercise.

shit I never realized it was that dark. I have a hard time to get privacy to make videos. But ill try to do a new video in more light.
 
Best way to hit the ligs is actually hanging BTC. AKA, between the cheeks. Sitting down with another chair or prop in front of you to rest your feet on at a similar height to your ass. This allows the weights to pull back between your cheeks and arc the ligs over the pubic bone. The main thing you are targeting in the video is the ligs behind the balls which connect more deeply into the body. Careful there. They are more prone to be easily injured with lower weight levels. Yep be very careful as a new hanger (not just the OP) doing much moving and bouncing around as shown in the video. Picking ONE, stable position to hang is preferable and safer.

yes I'm aware of BTC being a better lig stretch. I just do one or two sets of swinging to fatigue the penis and ligs using different angles and movement. Then I jump to behind the cheeks hanging. I also aware of potential of injury I just feel I know my limits.

That's great. I was just putting it out there in general. There are who knows how many men out there who might be thinking about, or even currently doing weight hanging who could see this video and think they should do what you're doing with no consideration of the potential for injury and severely strain one of their ligs. Keep up the good work and happy hanging.

You could pick up a couple of those cheap painter lights and they will bring a lot of light to your video work. Remember the most important part of video is lighting.
 
Great vid girthgains. It is nice to see someone else making vids. Mine unfortunately don't fit the 500mb parameter anymore.

Is 10 lbs your limit right now or is that just with this style of hanging? How long have you been hanging?

I hang for 25 minutes no problem but my wrap is really good for that and I don't lose circulation completely. I also only take a few minutes of between sets using an air pump for those few minutes.

Thanks man.10lbs with this style of hanging. Was was hanging. Up to 20lbs straight down sitting down and standing up. My guess is my limit would probably be 15lbs right now as I didn't stay consistent due to work and privacy issues.
