what you do is attach a hanger close to the balls as possible without pinching any of the sac or turkey neck if you have one. I'm using a Bib hanger but you can do this with the LengthMaster as well. I suggest using a quality hanger like one of the two I suggested. In this video I'm using 10 lbs. Once you have the hanger attached you put one foot on a bed, chair or anything about the same height or higher if you wish. You have to step up slowly and lean forward and stretch your other leg on the floor outward. As you are doing this you swing the weight back and forth straight forward and back and side to side. For me I feel this kind of stretching attacks more one lig at a time. Then you switch your position putting your foot that was on the floor to on the bed and the foot on the bed to the floor. Repeat the process and try to get the right position and movements to feel the stretch and burn. The goal here is to feel the ligs burn. I feel this exercise stretches one lig more, than both at the same time. Your penis should be fairly conditioned for this exercise and I recommend warming up first and making sure you have the hanger attached and adjusted properly for your penis. I like doing two sets of these 15-18 minutes each. Then two sets of hanging behind the cheeks.It is recommended by Bib and from what I read to not hang longer than 20 minutes at a time and take a break as long as each set. I like to edge and jelq between sets along with stretches. Let me know what you guys think! :cool:
