Guys really wanting to know ifnthis is ok to do.

Been working on stickly girth for 9 mths but would like to start hanging too

Can i do hanging on let say mon, wed, fri, sunday and girth work on tues, thursday and saturday

My girth work would consist of ssj, ulis and one set of clamping

Would this be ok

I have read where some say don't do girth work and hanging together so i thought if i do them on sperate days this would be ok

yesterday, I hung for 6 sets of 20min, then 15 min after my last hanging set, I did my girth routine, which consists of four 5-min pumping sets supersetted with 100 jelqs each. I had no problems. My dick is definitely sore today from the pumping, and I was going to try and hang later, so we'll see how it goes.

To clarify, I think the reason that people don't suggest girth work paired with hanging is because of the fatigue that can build up. Obviously soreness from girth work could make hanging difficult if you're working it that hard. Same goes for any fluid buildup you might get. But I think the bottom line is that you need to try it for at least a week and see how it goes. If a routine like this makes it absolutely impossible to get an erection normally, or if your dick stays sore for the whole week, I'd say focus on one and do the other sparsely/intermittently. If your body can handle it, that's great. If not, then you need to decide what your priority is. Everyone's different so it calls for some safe, cautious experimentation.
 
I tried hanging tonight and I managed a 15min set at 15lbs. after pumping last night, it probably wasn't the best time to try a weight increase out for the first time (lol!). Needless to say, not only was my dick sore overall from the stress of pressure I put on it, but the increased room for blood and fluid from pumping last night led to more pressure building up in my glans as the set went on. it usually does so, but it was worse this time. hanging and pumping at the same time probably isn't a good idea for me right now. I may just prioritize (like I said) and only pump once a week for a really intense set to at least maintain my tiny girth gains that I have, if not gain at a very slow rate girth-wise. I was thinking about this in the shower, and the best time for me to pump on that kind of schedule is on Fridays, since I usually take the weekends off from Penis Enlargement. the only problem is, I know that hardcore pumping like that lessens my EQ a tiny bit, and the chance of me and my girlfriend having sex on the weekends is sky high (we're like rabbits :D) I'll have to see how it pans out, a little bit of time will tell. That is why i was wondering if i split them up,,,, mon, wed, fri, sun. Hang and tues, thur, sat girth work

I don't see any reason why this would cause a problem. Girth work really fatigues your penis which makes length work a lot easier and more effective. There are some who believe it is best to do get to your length goal first then do girth because girth work strengthens the tunica which makes it harder to gain length. That is just a theory though.

Always good to work through fatigue as long as there is enough rest for girth work.

The fatigue from doing length and work in one day is very intense. To make it worse, some people masturbate at the end of the day and this is where the major fatigue comes from. Masturbation is the major cause of fatigue when you are training girth.
