Hey bois,this is my second month of exercises and it was time to post some routine so i can modify my program.
Starting EL: 6.7 inches and EG: around 6 inches. I do this routine 5 days a week.
1.warm up and do the newb stretches 20 min in average.
2.jelq for about 10 min-i combine slow and fast strokes
3. bathmate(i have x30) 15-20 min - i do the kegels during this time
4.This is new-i got phallosan forte 2 weeks ago and i am still learning how to use it. In average i get few hours during the day when i am at high green ,and at night i get it to low green.

Any suggestion is welcomed

Welcome my new Brother to the best site online! Since you own this equipment I would highly suggest the SRT workout. It will allow you to utilize the tools you have and incorporate them into your routine with manual work. It really is the perfect workout. Have a read through and let me know any question you may have. From there we can build your routine.
 
I will do the 5x5x3 routine when i am alone with more time. It looks really great-how much will it speed up the things btw?

As far as gains go? It will speed the significantly and it will bring real tissue expansion instead of water retention.
