I'm just wondering...
When I first started doing girth work, and Penis Enlargement in general, I had red dots on my head a lot, and the infamous ULI or some people talking about the squeezes have said that they are an indicator of girth gains because you stretched the tissues enough.

Is it a concern if I'm no longer getting those dots, even with jelquing, clamping, pumping, ULIing and all the other things I do?

Should I view those as a trophy of a good workout and try to achieve them, or is it just different for everyone?

Just curious as to what everyone thinks.. Do you get red dots?

i just did a clamping session before i read this post. I think I know what you mean, and Im pretty sure I get them too. mainly around the edge of my knob closest to the base.

Red dots are a sign of lack of conditioning. If youre not getting them any longer than this is indicative of the fact that you are becoming accustomed to the peculiar stresses placed upon your cock by Penis Enlargement exercises.

Which means you need to increase the intensity.

sounds like it's time to start really going hard then... the only problem is I'm going to have to use an extreme amount of pressure because I'm already going pretty close to all out. This is gonna take some sweat I think..

BW,

Start doing some exercises to increase hand and forearm strength.

wrist curls

reverse wrist curls

DB hammer curls

I've never experienced red dots, even with lots of clamping. Probably fatigue in the form of persistant soreness is a good sign rather than how it looks.

I'm really new to clamping, but in my experiments I've tried wall pressing and bends and other things, like squeezes to really engorge the head.

My overall program is DLD's phase 1 with another bit of stretching/pumping mid day.

In my stretches, I always pull very hard and I'm getting sore in the ligs pretty well. My grip isn't too bad due to my bodybuilding endeavors.

But the jelquing gets tiring, I'll start using max intensity for my strokes there.

I add clamping here and there with every other technique and I'm still gettin the hang of it, sometimes it feels like I'm keeping blood out of the tip of my penis when I start limp, so I have to loosen and let it grow just a slight bit.

I've heard clamping is the best way to get some extreme girths, like redzulu I've heard has gotten to like 7.5 approx? That's the ticket to where I want to be riding.

Does anyone think I should switch to phase 2 at all? I've only been using phase one for 3 months, and I was thinking I can gain off it till 6 but I'm just thinking a bit.
