Hi guys,
I'm a newbie. My dick is plenty long for me but I would like to know the fastest way to girth. I'm only about 5 now.

start jelqing and stuff, then when you feel its safe enough.. start clamping and pumping. just take it easy its easy to injure yourself but I'm sure many would agree its the best for girth by far.
 
I did jelqing several years ago pretty religously for about 3 months and never noticed anything. I'd like to know what exercise in particular is the best for improving my girth.

How many reps, how intense, how much did each stroke last and what erection level did you use when jelquing?

Stay away from advanced excersizes until you have trained your dick for a while.
 
300 a day followed by 50 super squeeze slow jelqs. The whole thing took me nearly 30 minutes...I just don't have that much time or privacy.

Well, under around 75% erection jelquing becomes more of a lenght excercise. Also, duration and specially intensity play a major role in the results. You should be able to focus and feel the tissues expand with each stroke.

If you are just restarting, take it easy for a while, then add SSJ, Supra Slammers, Horse440, etc, but gradually. After you are conditioned enough you can start clamping, but if you do it right now, I can assure you you will injure yourself.

This stuff just takes time.

Try just one session like this and see what you think.


If you have a very limited timeframe, arouse yourself somewhat and then douse your cock with some baby powder. Do 5 to 10 uli's with your right hand then immediately switch to your left hand. Keep rotating back and forth until you've done 5 sets with each hand.

The key to this is squeezing the snot out of your cock. Sqeeze hard. Expect red dots and a very noticeable temporary size increase in girth.

Do this routine daily, preferrably twice per day.
