I want to know how to get my fat pad completely flat, i am meeting up with someone in a couple months, and i have been eating right, working out, and been doing Penis Enlargement and i want to know how to get my fat pad all the way down because it is covering up a full inch of me penis. I been doing some leg raises, what else will get the job done for this particular area?
Thanks

I'm not sure if there is anything you can do other than lose weight. I would love to hear about other tried and true methods to lose in that area. I think you would have to go down to an absolute minimum of body fat.

Yeah not much you can do but lose weight. Although I think targeting the lower abs would help tighten that up abit.

There is no such thing as spot reduction... You can do sit-ups and leg raises all day but if you're not doing enough cardio to burn fat, then you're fatpad wil remain the same.

You're best bet is to start an intense workout routine which includes a clean/solid diet with exercize. Other than that, you're wasting your time.

So is the best type of Cardio running? Im definitely doing good on my diet, but so far all i have been doing for the workout is bench pressing, situps and yep the leg raises. I was thinking about going to the gym and getting on the running machine thing. Would that be best?

i would do some Thai Knees, some front kicks and round houses. that targets the mid section like you would not believe, works up a sweat like a mother fucker too. do about 50 knees on each leg, then do 50 round houses with each leg and you'll feel it. i find it much more fun than just running

oh. also, i know it sounds queer but think about some yoga, some of the deep breathing is very affective with targeting the core muscles, i did it a couple of times, well hell i did it yesterday and my ribs and back are feelin it, it's one hell of a work out. there is one where you push your body together, like compressing it and you r midsection just feels it all at once. also there is another one where you suck in your stomach as much as possible and rest your hands on your knees, then slowly raise yourself up straight while keeping your stomach tucked in.

you can also do either of those laying down on the floor, that's what i did and it really gets that "good pain" going, do some bicycle crunches as well as some twists and such, you'd be good in no time.

Yeap!
No supplement for running. i suggest a bit of cardio eachday say 30mins plus run a day. Even try some skipping but dont forget to do a quick warm up or stretch like a bit of boxing or shadow boxing upto you, depends what you like. There is a zillion exercises out there. And get your metabolism going, drink plenty of water its good shit trust me :) dont eat heavy meals, have breakfast! and have light snacks throughout the day and dont over do it for dinner.

Remember everything you put in you have to get out again.

you can target the abs all you want (btw situps are the most ineffective ab exercise ever), but if you still have a layer of fat, its useless.

intense cardio (running) and be sure to work your large muscle groups (legs, chest)

so bench press is a good start, and maybe do some leg press, single-leg squats, etc.

Always makes me shake my head when I see people with a little bit of body fat or more doing sit ups in the gym. Most of those people don't run so I guess they never realize getting the six-pack look requires low body fat, not strong abs.

If you only have 2 months you need to really get to it. There are a few ways to go about this but all in all it is clean dieting and intense training. At the same time eat enough protein about a gram per pound of body weight as you do not want to lose your muscle mass during this training.
Or what I personally love to do when going into a cut is a keto diet there are many of these you probably have heard of the atkins diet well I do not like the atkins diet I think that the anabolic diet or the ckd diet are the best and you will find a lot information about these through a google. I find you can lose a lot of weight with one of these and preserve lean body mass (muscle). I would also go to something like bodybuilding.com and check out there transformation page it has videos and a strict diet that you can follow so there is no getting confused. Another one is the body for life program this is also excellent and I feel the easiest to follow. But as it has been said before you can not choose where you want to lose fat from (spot reduce) so just put in the hard yards and eventually the fat pad will be gone and you will gain the extra inch.

Well, i have a little bit of experince of Penis Enlargement in the past. not a whole lot, i messed up by not sticking with it. But I have 4 months not 2 months so thats why i was thinking that it wouldnt be way too hard with dedication, focus and a positive mind and knowing i wont fail in my mind. All im trying to do is get in good shape all over especially to flatten my pad to expose my 6 1/4 inches (because with the fat pad now im at 5 1/4) and im already noticing it going down day by day. so after my real size is exposed i wanna just go from 6 1/4 to reach the 7 inch mark within 4 months. Thats not trying to ask for too much is it within my time frame is it? But thank you for admiring my dedication. I sure will stay focused my friend.

I wouldn't count on gaining 3/4" in length in only four months.

You don't want to set yourself up for a big let down. Just keep at it, and the results will come, in their time, not yours.

Sam,

What's a "round house?" I've been doing the knees and they're great, but I want to add another mid section exercise.

Goin'
