Doable?

I don't like the idea of using devices or stressing my ol' boy for prolonged lengths of time.

I'm not greedy. I could crave an 8 or 9 incher but I don't. I would be overjoyed to have 7 x 4.5 or 7 x 5. That would mean adding roughly an inch to all dimensions. This should be attainable through manuals or SRT, right? I had an air pump but had a scare with it - what looked like an air bubble on my cock after it - and I would really be happier just to go down the manual route.

Yesterday I pulled him out to do a girth session and didn't recognise my own dick - he was looking so fat, I was so motivated by this and had a great girth session, and strutted around really confident all day after it. My full erection is looking longer too but I don't want to measure just yet.

So an inch through only manuals should be easy, right?
 
Also, I have noticed the appearance of stretch marks at the base of my shaft, and a big prominent vein, bulging, down one side of my tool. It's definitely new, or at least it never bulged the way it does now (I was quite shocked and actually panicked when I noticed it).

These are positive indicators of growth or potential growth, though - right?

Great, but please read and study SRT now. There are many practices that are vital to all PE. It is important to learn about healing in gaining and SRT gives a complete road map to this. It contains tips and tricks to make healing and gaining much faster. Read through it and see what you can add into your routine. At the very least include these three exercises as they make gaining so much faster and efficient:

Erect Stretching
Bundled Stretching
Expressive Stretching

These are all covered in SRT at great length.

"At great length".....ah, DLD, always with the jokes ;)

The three exercises you speak of are highly interesting to me right now, I have been doing my manual stretches from the Newbie Routine and I'm looking for additional manual length exercises especially. I'm also going to go read up on HOW and why PE works because I get how the length exercises work (lig stretching makes sense) but I don't quite get the science behind the girth work, specifically how it increases flaccid size. Is it simply a case of expanding blood cells which then fill, and stay filled with additional blood, thus fattening one's wang?
