I allways have to stop after around 30 minuits due to excess fluid buildup. I dont even feel like im getting a good workout at all. Is there anyway to prevent this. Im so frustrated it seems like the only expansion im getting is from the stupid doghnut. >:(
 
What other type of girth work have you done before moving into clamping? I ask because whenever I do a new type of girth work I usually get fluid build up for a while. I've just started clamping on a consistent routine and I get at least a little fluid build up during ever session right around the circ. scar on the top of my wang. Ever use a tape measure during a session? You dont always have to have a pump after a girth session to get results. The idea with girth work...similar to length work is to expand the tissues during your sessions...youre doing the work during your sessions that will lead to results. Contrary to what many seem to think, the tissues "grow" during your sessions. The more you stretch them, the better. If a guy was guaging out his earlobes, he wouldnt go get them pierced and the next day expect to shove a pencil through them. Skin stretches over TIME. Check your erect girth measurement during your next clamping session. Compare that to your usual erect girth. As long as the tissues are being expanded during every session...which they will be as soon as the clamp goes on from the increase in pressure...youre doing something positive.
 
ive been doing clamp work for over a year. The shit I do is pretty intense. I use a hose clamp at the base and then do bends, squeezes, double or even tripple clamp with cableclamps or a combo of everything. What I focus on doing is expanding the ccs with extreme pressure but they are so tough it seems like I get fluid buildup before I can get them a decent workout. I hope this explains my situation better. It said in reds guide that fluid is a newbie sideaffect but I have been going at this for quite some time. I don't pump either I get the doughnut from clamping by itself. I cant tell if im even expanding the ccs because I cant measure accurately with fluid buildup.

Basicly what I aim to do is just kegal as much as I can then clamp and expand with cc squeezes then kegal again to fill it back up in the expanded state then clamp and repeat.

My non pe'd girth is 4.75 at best and I can get up to 5.5 after a girth workout but the thing is it seems like its all fluid buildup. Once I tried working past it and just stopping when my dick got sore like I would like to do and try to ignore the fluid but that was a bad idea cause afterwards my dick looked like a deformed sausage for a day.
 
Give it time to adapt.. when I started I would get fluid buildup after 10 minutes.. after a year of clamping I could do a full hour (in 20 minute sets) with no donut just expansion and pump

I have noticed the same thing.I used to get a donut but now occasionally I will get the pump just behind the head,It is an occasional occurence for me now.
 
I figured out a way to stop it. Just tightly wrap the length of my penis in ace wrap. :)
 
I may get a small donut some times, but I mean small and don't get much fluid. Is that strange?

Yes I do use a lot of intensity.

Fluid buildup is just lymphatic fluid from your body that creates swelling.
Too much on the penis is bad because it can blister and bruise but small amounts is nothing to worry about.
It looks like swelling, fluidy-like and soft to the touch.
Do manuel work when you have swelling such as jelqs and stretches to work that fluid into perhaps something more useful than sitting their doing nothing.
