Hey there, just wanted to make a little thread in case newbies would like to know about lig pop.

I've got my first one today :) , and gosh was I affraid I hurt myself. No worries though, tnx to this forum, it has been explained, and is completely normal. It usually happens when you stretch downward I guess because that's the best way to stretch ligs.

It does feel like when you make your finger "crack"

Looking ahead to have more lig pop :)
 
that sounds painfull! I dont think i have ever had that you know! by the sounds of it i think i would have noticed!

How do you get it to pop, doing loads of stretches?

Not that it has a great sound, but it's the exact same feeling so it does not hurt at all... I stretched downward, pretty hard with my 2 arms. With my 3 month experience... I found some ways to stretch without gloves/powder/ etc. No relation to the fact I'm uncut though. Anyways, I was in the bathroom, full of steam :s and then I got a good grip, so I tried 2 arms, kept stretching for about 1 minute... and *pop*. Let me just say I stoped INSTANTLY LMAO

About the PM, I just thought I'd say what I think :)
 
haha i think i would have stopped as well mate. I wud av fort my dick fell off or sumthing.

I always used toilet paper to stretch with, got baby powder 2day, its better so using that sumtimes both.

Just did my stretching just no lig pop haha i did it very intense trying to get it see wat it was like but nothing! ... im uncut as well.

Very nervous for when i get the pop :O

Im sort iof in process of changing mine slightly to get to the 8" mark! sooooo badly want that!

I've had a couple lig pops, scary as hell the first time. The second time its not such a big deal, just kinda like oh lig pop oh well.

Lig pops are a good sign. Don't be afraid of them, keep stretching after they happen. I have had a lot of them, usually as the first stretch of the day, but I keep going through my routine without any ill affects.

well you should. Are you stretching downside completely? with both hand? without slipping?

It took me 3 months to get that lig pop, experience is starting to kick in :)

As for my routine, it's all in my sig, but I also add some clamping.

The only thing I do differently, would be the Penis Enlargement pills, protein shake ritual, and the fact that I pe all the way during the day. i do not have " sessions" but rather periods of time when I just jelq / stretch. Sure I might take an hour sometimes in the bathroom, but I'd stretch / jelq in my pants, in front of computer, or when I,m reading or something. I'm kinda always being Penis Enlargementing.
 
I do my stretches in all directions mostly down and straight out. I pull down as hard as a can to the max then hold for 30sec with one hand stretching and one on the public area to get more of a stretch. No slippage.

Mite just be around the corner, may happen soon. hope so, see what its like.

My stretching takes about 45mins to an hour, so i have a good session.

i used to take vigrx - i think they helped, seen difference in 1st week, veins. but ran out! How are ur pills going, seeing any benifits?
 
i havent had a lig pop yet.

just been peing 2 weeks, but i stretch down and also hang for hours on end sometimes, so i guess mine should be popping up sometime soon.
 
Iv read on here that alot of guys, even experienced guys dont get lig pops. I have had a couple, i hate when it happens. I dont like the feeling and iv read that isnt bad or anything. Some people think that when you have a lig pop then you are goinig to see gains soon. If i remember right DLD has never has a lig pop, but im not sure on that.

Hey ggogeta, what exactually is your protein shake ritual? i have been wanting to drink a protein shake after my Penis Enlargement sessions but i have done it yet. What all do you do?

It's all in the vimax thread in my sig, but definately the flaccid is bigger. I'm feeling more horny also, and that might help that, but you know when I go for a piss I definatelly see the (great) difference. I feel they help, not that they work by themselves.

Yeah basically I meant taking a protein shake right after a good session. I drink em also after a gym workout, or after jogging. It's less expansive than tuna so... that's great LMAO tropical puch can't hurt :)

I don,t know it that helps, but as I said in the vimax thread in my sig, at least it helps me keep in shape, so if it has any other benefit on Penis Enlargement, great!
 
when i used to go the gym b4 i had costocondritis or wateva its called. i found Myoplex to be really good, provide all minerals and vitamins and high quality protein (no shite)

I found with vigrx it made the flaccid cock look alot bigger and more hung. i think they help WITH Pe! mite have to get some more!!

I've had two/three pops in my career.
I dont think that reguler ligament popping means your gunna be a monster gainer.
I have a theory that its the FIRST pop that can really help get you started with some guys that have ligs that are hard to get going and grow [Like me]
But this theory is hard to prove and isn't solid, just something I think might be the case in some guys.
Also DLD for example, never had a lig pop yet has grown very well via his ligaments.

Why do I get them?

We get these cracks/pops as we are using alot of force on the ligs.
This moves them out all of a sudden and a pop occurs.
If you NEVER or RARELY get a pop/crack will you still gain?
Well if ya do your routine reguler like I always preach than yes.
You dont need to get pops and cracks to gain in penis enlargement, so dont get down if you dont get them.
I just think they may help guys who have been trying to get length for months and months like me and not gained, and thats the first pop and like I said above somewhere its a theory that isnt at all solid.
Pops occur from intense sessions mostly, but someguys are more prone to them than others.
Its similer to that of knucke cracking, some can do it better and more often than others.
Same principal here.

Same thing happens with other ligament pops in the body.
Does not mean your going to get better growth, so dont kid yourselves but in some guys I do belive it MIGHT start there length gains.
This is for guys like me whom have tough ligaments and somehow perhaps the ligament pops loosen them, so gains come about.
I have mentioned twice already that this theory isnt sound or solid, so dont take it as gospel.

I find that I get those when in a completely relaxed state, and stretching downward. I need both hands to get those.
 
Imma jump in here real quick and give my lig pop experience.

When I was a Penis Enlargement newbie I used to get lig pops quite regularly when stretching downward after a hanging session. It's been a long time since I got one tho, and I'm kinda curious as to why.

I used to love the lig pop cuz it made me feel like I was stretching strong!
