I would like feedback from anyone who has tried a super intense program. I am conditioning to start this program in about 6 weeks.
Morning- 10 minutes heating pad warmup, 5 minutes light jelqing, 4x15 minute hanging sets, 10 minutes break/light jelqing between sets, warmdown
Evening-10 minutes heating pad warmup, 90 minutes jelqing.
My main goal for the summer is to gain at least 1" length, 0.5" girth. So far I've gained 0.75" length and about 0.5" girth in 4 months of light to moderate work. I keep reading about how all the biggest gainers (BIB, DLD, samzman), did hours of work a day at the beginning.
