The fat pad will reduce in size as you diet and exercise. Isolating this area is very hard, so a full body diet and workout will be necessary. If you diet and exercise while you are growing in Penis Enlargement your visual gains will be tremendous. Penis Enlargement, just like your body, need proper exercise to see change. Start simple so you can do it. Cut out extra sugars, sodas, candy etc. Start to take in more vegetables, fruits and lean protein. Take a 20 minute brisk walk once a day. Get you Penis Enlargement routine in everyday. I am in the same boat as you are right now and need to make these changes myself. I need to drop 60 pounds and tighten up the body a bit (mainly lose the 1" fat pad that has grown over the past year.) For it never takes more than 6-8 weeks to accomplish this. Staying in shape is a whole other thing, this is where I falter:( Once I get in shape I use it as an opportunity to eat bad and slack off:) Endless cycle!

As DLD says - focus on your health and fitness as a whole. You can't spot reduce fat so don't waste your time.

It can all be largely common sense. Drop the stuff you know isn't great for you and replace it with fruits, vegs, lean protein, nuts etc. You can pick up good easy diet advice in less than 15mins with some sensible Googling. Work into it slowly but consistently. 99/100 people don't have the sticking power to hit a strict diet and excercise routine right off the bat.

Good luck with it!

Fruit is usually the first thing I change in diet when I start to shed the weight each year. Somehow it kick starts the entire process.

To loose the 'fat pad' you need to lower your overall body fat %, this is very simple calories in Vs calories used.

If your body needs 2000calories to fuel your daily tasks then eat 1700 calories which will put you in a 300calorie deficency, your body has to get that 300 calories from somewhere so it used your stored body fat.

Loosing fat is very simple

Hey boys! DLD, yes it's really hard to spot reduce fat, it's nearly impossible. There are similar posts/threads around the forum. I have given my answer to them, I will give them to you too! ;) .
- Determine your calorie balance. How much you need just to maintain yourself- digest, breathe, etc. There are some formulas you need to check on the net. People say that the Catch Mc Kardle is a good one. It has it's downsides, but search, you will find it very easily. Reduce these calories by 10-15%. Go for more if you feel like it, but it is very VERY important to refeed once a week. Get your carbohydrate calories pumped up. If your maintenance is 2000, and you eat 1700 throughout the week, one day a week, it is advisable to go for 2200. Your body is not a foolish one! That's the reason we were able to survive all the way to today! When you do not eat as much as you need, your body slows down your metabolism in order to maintain itself for as much as possible. Starvation response occurs. The refeed will help you. Make a good protein-fat-carb ratio! Search throughout the net! There are a lot of advises you are going to achieve, but until I launch my own product on Bodybuilding and boy recomposition, I think the best source of info is BFFM- search for it! IF you have any further questions let me know. Here in MoS, we are a big family and help is what I would always offer to any of you! ;) . Good luck on your quest.

The best way is your diet and cardio. Work your entire body not just your fat pad.
Perform workouts.
Eat vegetables, whole grains, brown rice, oatmeal, high-fiber cereal, fruits, lean meats, eggs, fish and low-fat dairy, such as cottage cheese or Greek yogurt.
Avoid processed foods like deli meats, potato chips, frozen dinners and pre-seasoned rice and pasta.
Switch to soy, rice or almond milk instead of cow's milk
Eat often to increase your metabolism.
