hy huys i want to start my pe journey and i am reading all this stuff ..all the stuff i can find
i have two questions so far
1 what is lig stretching
2 my erection has a 90 degree angle ..meaning that my penis does not come out in front of my body..rather it goes upward towards my bellybutton.my question is ..if i do pe ..the position of my erect penis will it change ?

Any type of downward stretching.

As long as your are doing girth work and PC work you will be fine. For a good starting routine see the NEWBIE WORKOUT
 
im still amazed dld had been able to keep such a high angle on such a huge peice of meat

My angle has gone down a bit, but still around 90 when 100% erect.

I've also had the same concerns about stretching my penis downwards. My gut feeling is that this would be very bad for a man. I can see the benefit of stretching the penis straight out in front or upwards, but what is the benefit of stretching the penis downwards? Will men doing Penis Enlargement have less gains if they don't do these downward stretches?

Downward stretching is the fastest ways to make length gains. The suspensory ligament that attaches to the penis is on the upper part of the penis and stretching at a downward angle and BTC will stretch the ligs with the most intensity. What is your fear?

I guess my fear is that it will permanently damage something and make it so my erections point downwards or at least significanlty decrease my erection angle, but you've already responded to these concerns above.

I tried these downward stretches while flaccid and they seem okay. I guess what I'm most afraid of is stretching my penis downward while I have an erection, but it's not necessary to stretch with an erection, so I guess I don't need to worry.

Like doing unusual yoga poses, Penis Enlargement seems to require overcoming some mental hurdles as well.

Just do the stretches flaccid for now. Erect stretches are really mainly for cementing the difference between flaccid stretched gains and erect ones.

Does this imply that you recommend eventually doing the behind-the-cheeks stretches and downward stretches while fully erect? Have you ever done this? Did you hurt yourself doing it?

There are some exercises that German Stallion has created that deal with erect stretches as you have described.
