My erection angle is straight up too high! I'm limited in what positions i can use in sex and i can't properly measure or even expose the full length of my dick. Starting the MOS newbie routine, will the stretches be enough for me to get a lower erection angle so I can hold my junk out 90 degrees to the body comfortably, like a normal dude?

avoid doing stretches straight up. focus on stretching downwards more. hanging straight down would likely be great for you
 
I've been there 2years ago, my erection angle was so high that made sex paifull in doggy style, what helped me along the way was wearing an extender for 10 months, Hanging weights SD and flachid lig jelquing. Now I can have my penis paralel with the ground with 100% erection level, and as you said avoid the upward angle streches like the plague also rotaries must be avoided in upper angles.

This will take at least 12 months to corecct but signs of improvement will be seen in a few months. For start buy a bathmate and do as many SD hardcore streches as you can and also start wet jelquing your base of the flachid penis in a downward angle, I call it lig jelq and it has been a great exercise in my routines over the past 2 years but it had give me a lot of strechmarks on the skin... but hey it's been worth it.

Sounds like a good problem to have. Mine is just slightly below parallel and it really bums me out sometimes when I dwell on it. It got that way from getting erections while sleeping on my stomach and also from trying to strengthen my pc muscles the wrong way. I started by draping a wet hand towel over my erection, then I would hang a shoe on the end of my erect dick and try to hold it and flex it. I would even add weight by putting things inside the shoe. Of course this was too heavy and my dick would get pulled down while I was still erect and it lowered my angle a bit. I regret doing that but I'm working on correcting it by doing lots of upward pulls and also by doing these weird kegels where you lie on your back with a book over your dick (pointing upward) and lift it by flexing. It seems like it's already helping a bit. So you should be fine. Correcting a high angle seems much easier than a low one.

wet towel and shoe...now that's ghetto. i would agree about correcting a high angle being easier. i can only imagine it would be tough to correct a low angle

The wet towel is a tried and true method but I got a little carried away with the shoe. If I had just not gone so heavy I think it would've been fine. Essentially I was doing weighted erect kegels. Now I do these the way I described above, lying on my back with a book on my upward-pointing erection and flexing to lift it up. It's a move that Peter North used to do all the time. I learned about it here on the forums.
 
Just so you know, having a high erection angle makes it easier to hit the right spots in missionary, so its not a bad thing at all. Just do erect stretching downward to help loosen the ligs a tad. It'll help make your penis more "flexible" so that it's easier to aim it in different directions when you're fucking.

I still have a bit of upward erection angle and I still do bundled expressive stretching with the length master upward and straight out to the Center.
