I do some erect "shakes" too between excersizes, before I rest it completely for 30sec or so. So, after let's say a slow squash jelq or a pump set, I let my both hands dive in left and right of my penis, while erect. The idea is to balloon/edge my penis from the sides, with both indexfingers against the very base. I do them on the base itself and behind my balls (also left and right, but you can also push against your "bump" between the balls and anus, gives a pump too), if you find the right spots to push or clamp real hard, you can not believe how many vanes pop up. I mostly add my thumbs on the top of my penis to give a downward push at the same time, so it will pull a little on your ligs and gets even more clamped. Then I move my hands either left up the base or right up the base, creating a swinging motion. Then my penis tends to grow even more, but now in lenght also. It gives me a wider base and a really big mushroom...watch out though, you can overdue it and don't cut of your circulation, always find a point with no major bloodvessels underneath. You can hurt your penis, so start of light with mild helicoptering and work your way up so your penis can handle the extra blood. After pumps, in combination with jenqing, it helps fluid retention also and gives a real veiny look afterwards.
