Latex Gloves: For those who are not allergic these work very well
Batter Gloves: Very thick and padded but some find these more comfortable
Theraban: A wrap of Theraban to grip against sometimes works a trick.
To anyone having grip problems while flaccid be sure to check out the LengthMaster, nothing brings better grip.

After getting lots of expansion from edging with a cock-ring, the grip is so much better (flaccid).

Now I am one of those people who is very nervous about erect work. Because I have a fear at any moment I will hear a snap and I will get an injury. But in that picture are you pulling outwards or pushing it to the side? and you said you were using your hand at the bottom to stabilize, but are you also using it as a fulcrum?
And what are some ways I can get over the fear of erect work? And any other ways to convert gains?
And much thanks to everyone on this site, I couldn't see myself going to any other PE site. They all just seem to easygoing about it. Here it seems like were trying to get our gains as fast as possible.
