Girth, yes but Length no. In my opinion girth needs a good 24 hours before I hit it again but I can stretch all day, everyday without issues. To make it more precise I think erect exercises need time off while flaccid do not.
 
For me I like to always be doing something but at times it's intense work and other times more passive work. I like to hit it hard with some stuff then cruise easy with some healing in extended state. I think you can over do it if your too intense too often. Some time to just be extended and healing is good IMO

Sometimes even if the exercises are not gain worthy getting in something, even if it is 5 minutes a day, keeps us in the game. If I were to take too many days off I would end up falling off the horse and getting back on would be tough. We are creatures of habit.
 
It is at the edge between fatigue and overtraining where gains happen, learning the difference between the two is what separates fast from slow gainers.

I like that idea. The other day I thought I had enough,but decided to push a little harder. I didn't hurt myself and think I expanded quite good. But damn how do you gauge the growth zone?
 
Experience, learning and paying attention to how your penis feels over time.

I look to be slightly recovered by the next day and fully recovered after the day(s) off, it's what I call prolonged fatigue and something I experienced this very week.

You see if your dick is not 100% recovered by the next workout it will be more vulnerable and you'll be able to strech further then the previous day(this is happening to me right now with the current routine so It's not just a theory pulled out from the depths of my thoughts).

Put in other words I think that a bit of overtraining can be beneficial to promote growth as long as it is followed by sufficient rest periods to allow for full recovery(hiatus), call it controlled overtraining if you want but prolonged fatigue sounds more sane to me.

That's like srt no? I'd like to be fully recovered before my expansion cuz I feel like the pump should still be present if you're getting frequent boners. But yea paying attention to learn how to surprise the dick Is tricky right?

You are correct but many times when men feel fatigue they think they need rest when it is just the opposite, when fatigue is reached men should be taking up a serious stretching session to take advantage of the fatigue. Fatigue means little or no resistance in the stretch.

Yup, when the penis is in a state of fatigue it is much more receptive to stretching. The best time is right after orgasm, this is when the penis is in its most malleable state and will take the stretch with so much more ease. Men really miss out on this when they rest through fatigue.

But it's so much easier to just roll over and go to sleep after busting vs doing some stretches lol especially at 1am

That is a problem right? After you get off you want to just go to sleep:) Motivate yourself to do it anyway, your penis will greatly appreciate the gains.
