for the 5 months i been peing, it was 5 days on 2 days off. after resting a full week im starting back up, what should i do, i mean peing 5 days on 2 days off just doesnt seem to benefit me in any way. what are everyones on and off days, im thinking of just working out mon tues, rest wednsday, work out thurs fri, rest sat sun, repeat, but i dont know if i will be wasting time. im looking for both length and girth but wouldnt it NOT work if I did a good girth workout 2 days in a row then rest, wouldnt it just go back to normal instead of heal bigger? or do i just stick with the 5 days on 2 days off routine?
 
I don't have a set schedule either. I get my workouts in daily until something gets in the way (lack of privacy usually). I guess I average 6 days a week over the past 2 months or so. So far it has worked well for me. Others might ned more structure though.

If it don't work fix it! Question is do you need more or less?
There are lots of combos to try,1 on 1 off, 2 on 1 or 2 off, up to 7 on 0 off [last 1 only works for dld though] you have to find what works for you! I would start with 2-3 on 1 off and go from there.

I've tried so many different combos for the on/off day thing. It seems that a 1 on/1 off routine suits me best, at least for girth work. If I do two or more days in a row, my hands are usually too worn out to get in the intensity needed to get the great pump I always go for during a session.

But you are the odd man out. :O most guys gain better when they rest. over at penilefitness we had a saying "less is more in pe" and what we meant was more peeps gain less from doing to much pe. If I advise peeps it's to do as little as possible to get the max gains.

When doing 5 days on 2 days off each day its like it gets weaker, erections get smaller and thinner.on maybe my 4th day in a row i just cant get a full hard erection. I also cant stretch some days cuz when i just pull it slightly it hurts alot, i know i stretch hard cuz i use both hands when pushing/pulling.
so how does 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off sound?? i wish everyones penis's were the same, that way we wouldnt have to mix and match.

oh and me too, if i miss a day, it feels like everything will return to normal.
gain...rest..lose gain... repeat. its like being at a stuck level or something.

I don't take any days off... i just do a lighter workout on weekends. If it needs some heal time, i want it to heal in the stretched position. lol
 
I do a 2 on, 1 off routine. That suits me best; allows me the most flexibility. Actually, I look at my Penis Enlargement'ing over a week period. I try to do at least four days. Some weeks is 4, others it's 5. Sometimes, like today -- mostly because of privacy issues -- I'll miss my second day, but just pick it up tomorrow.
