Hey guys currently working through a routine of 4-6 hours intense stretching at night. During the day I'm sitting here bored waiting for my evening routine (I only have to work 2 days a week So i was thinking during the morning could i wear the SG lightly for 4-6 hours and then intensely at night. Or maybe just wear it lightly all day 8+ hours???
In your opinion what is better all day light stretching or short sessions of intensity? I can now stretch to about 6.5 inches max - for 30-60mins before discomfort and numbness sets in. Or i can stretch 6 inches (still longer than Erect Length) for a long time 1.5+ hours.
Basically whats better for gains:
1. Shorter more intense sessions 4-6 hours
2. 8+ hour moderate stretching
3. Mixture of both
