Lately I've been doing a very very casual PE routine. So casual in fact, I'm not sure if you could call it much of a routine.

Typically I just do some basic stretches and massaging in the shower. Whatever feels natural from day to day. I'm not really measuring or anything right now, just going with the flow. I'll also give my testicles and scrotum a good massage as well. I'm not sure if I'm getting any size gains from any of this but I do feel like this little regimen leaves my cock and balls feeling/working great throughout the day and gives me a nice bit of energy.

In the last week or so I've also been adding in a couple "mega kegels" at the very end (Note, this is the part I'm really curious about). I'll hold a strong kegel for 1-3 minutes (about as long as I'm able to comfortably do while still breathing in a natural rhythm). At this point my penis is flasid but pointed straight out and my balls are sort of "sucked up" instead of hanging loose. After the regular kegel I'll reset for a minute or two.

Then the really magical part. After the normal kegel, I'll do a very long reverse kegel (about the same amount of time, maybe a bit shorter). Towards the end of my long reverse kegel, my cock will become very engorged. Mind you I'd still technically consider it "flasid" and defintely not my erect length, but it's filled with blood and my veins all visible and popping. It's also quite firm, but again, defintely not resemblent of my normal erect penis.

I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience with reverse kegels. Are there any PE benefits to reaching this new strange penis state? It seems a bit like pumping but without using any suction device.

I appreciate any insite you guys might have but I wanted to share this experience with the community :)
 
reverse kegels n stretchings are ok but they are not enough IMO you need a better routine n invest more time!!;)
 
You should try rks after a couple hours of regular kegels. I swear I hear my dick just go "whomp". Literally get a 7+ inch hang going for a while after that. Palm to tip of middle finger. That's what I want to see all the time. :D
 
Reverse kegels should be used with all stretches because when you engage in a Reverse Kegel you are eliminating the pelvic floor muscles from holding back your stretch. I came up with the Reverse Kegel for DLD Blasters but I soon realized it was applicable in any stretch.

I still haven't been able to add this to my routine. It always escape my mind.

Why do I get a pull back when I reverse kegel stretching up all the other stretching angles don’t
