Ok guys, I finally realized yesterday that I am overtraining as a newbie. I started Penis Enlargementing officially 2 weeks ago. I was doing an hour of ligaments stretch and sometimes even more stretching on the other angles. After I realized, I did the newbie routine stretching today. And I am worried that I overtrained and made my tissues way harder and I might never gain! I haven't gained so far. I did experience itchiness and soreness and I can still feel the stretched ligs when I stretch it.
So my question is, can I start being a newbie after overstretching for 2 weeks? or should I go back to doing what I was doing just to maintain the pace.

the ratio as a norm is 2 days on 2 days off but my self and possibly others feels that on the 2 days off just go lighter
or wrap or use a bikers passive stretcher master lock to cement the gains in it keeps your penis in an elongated flaccid stretch which is lighter but stretches down ward and its discrete
Personally i would cut routines in half and do lighter the first couple weeks your really going to feel the burn just like if your body building lifting weights for the very first 2 weeks
if you can under stand this concept then your on your way to getting gains

you want to becareful of macro tears the first weeks is creating micro tears which are the good tears they feel like paper cuts
a macro tear will most definatley stop your Penis Enlargement and excersizes newbie routines were created so that you do not create a macro tear
a muscle gets stronger over time with working out starting out hard first you run the risk of macro tearing
always remember to do your warm ups and warm downs (jump in hot shower or hot towel for 10 minutes)
in Penis Enlargement you can use heating pad around device with penis inside to keep it warm and blood flowing correctly just dont turn up the heat too much metal can burn lol

I've felt overstrained recently as well and have made some adjustments. I was doing strong manual Stetches everyday and it was just too much. I'm gonna do them every other day now and just spend the next day healing extended in either sg or xsleeve all day

Shaggyrat, Where are you supposed to feel the paper cut? on the skin? cause I think I was feeling a little sharp cutting feeling on my skin near the midshaft and areas. But maybe its just for overstretching skin? And I can do the newbie routine quite thoroughly just stretching. No jelqing though. And is taking a day off after 2 days a good strategy for newbie gains? I don't do warmups and downs but might start doing it after I see some gains. I'm really frustrated I work my penis so much I don't see results and I hear people gaining an inch in a month..

your penis will feel warm my feelings came from base to bout midshaft of penis
i just wrote my journal being a month now that stretch marks have shown to be present one 1 inch at base pelvic bone out and a second 1 inch from that one mid shaft these 2 i notice alot
DLD made a statement bout it in another thread and my first month sure as heck has shown me gains
warm up ( hot towel ) or jump in shower ) this will help with gains if warm it helps in elasticity
warm down same as warm up
you can wrap or hang a inconspicuous weight like a master lock on penis behind glans
the reason i say this is cause once your excersize is over not just an hour your body is going to start the healing process and with the healing process your penis heal to look like frankenstein hit it or you
can wrap your penis or weight it down with a master lock weight to cement the gains in
feeling the little sharp cutting feeling is good sign that your gains are starting to show threw yep your suppose to feel it anything sharper then that take a break from all excersizes for a couple days
newbie routines are supposed to start out light for first couple weeks 900g on tension 2pounds slowly working up the levels over a couple weeks which will be tender you will feel and see it go limp this is part of the process
of you getting gains this is called fatique dont be alarmed it happens to all of us in the beginning
on my off days which i dont have any i do a lighter excersise so that i dont loose my gains from day before
jelqing is girth and length work but more for girth which helps develop gains i would do this on days off for a couple weeks and then in a couple weeks work it around shower and Penis Enlargement routine
this will help your gains
now this is a basic run down of what i went threw trying to answer all your questions best i can
dont be frustrated it might seem distant but im sure at the end of the month you will see improvement / dont work it so hard keep it light first couple weeks then start tensioning up on Penis Enlargement so you can
start seeing the gains
i still caution over doing it micro tears (good tears) macro tears (bad tears over dueing it)

check it out get familiar with the SRT routine i just went lighter with my routines and no days off
i was tender in the beginning but now i have an inch result after a month and my ED blood flow is coming back which is my best gain

Thanks for the help. I always think about taking a day or two off after 2-3 days of Penis Enlargement. But I read somewhere DLD wrote there is no need to take a break unless you have an erection problem. Now I didn't know if it was for people doing Penis Enlargement for months/years or for people like me who just started. But regardless I didn't want to waste my time and get 2 inches as quickly as I could. I'll check the SRT out now.
