Definately, you can way over kill your penis. Dont do more than -+ 1 1/2 hours. Im being serious, like muscles, it can only grow so fast.

I have a question to add to that also.
I am currently doing the newbie routine that doublelongdaddy posted awhile back for everyone to see. What if i did the full newbie routine twice a day would that be too much??

Please let me know.

You can't really Penis Enlargement to much... if it is at that piont, you'll just be to sore to touch it untill your ready again. If you have that much time, thats really good, invest in hanging and use an ads in the hours inbetween. Don't leave some girth of jelqing inbetween or at some piont during the day.

Doing the newbie routine twice per day is perfect. More than twice might cause soft tissue injury, like very dry skin from stretching (if you use baby powder) or bruising under the skin from too much jelqing. If you have more time after doing the newbie routine twice per day, use an extender device to fill the void, as someone suggested.

I wouldn't recommend hanging for a newbie, unless it is VERY light hanging only to get accustomed to the mechanics of your hanger for later use. It took me three days to reasonably figure out the adjustments on the Bib hanger, and about the same amount of time to figure out the Max-Vac. Again, I would advise against a newbie hanging heavy weights - not because the penis can't bear the weight (that would be desireable) but because the vacuum pressure required to hold heavy weights (max-vac) or the clamping pressure required to bear heavy weights (bib) would certainly cause soft tissue injury that could potentially sideline you during the most important growth period in your Penis Enlargement venture. Be smart.

thanks for the replies, i dont have alot of free time like i used to have 1 to 2 years ago but i will just have to try my best to make time. Im moving from 1 to 2 times a day for the newbie routine.

I will definitely look into an hanger, thanks yall, I appreciate it.

The newbie routine twice a day will help provide the conditioning you will need before you begin hanging. When you're ready to hang, start slowly. With vac hangers fluid build up and blisters can be a problem; with bib style hangers the wrapping is all important and can take quite a bit of work to get right. Good conditioning beforehand will help minimize these problems, but there will be a learning curve with any hanging.

OK, now by doing the newbie routine twice a day this is how i am going at it so far so please let me know if this is fine.

I do 1200 jelqs instead of 600.
I am stretching in 6 sets instead of 3 sets like normal making it 180 seconds for each stretch altogether if you get what i am saying.

I do not know if i should double up on the kegels or not because i heard doing too many kegels could be bad for you but im not sure.

Let me know something, thanks!

I'd say if you have the time, your penis should be able to handle the pressure. You can literally stretch it all day if that's your thing. I'd say, after a thousand or so jelqs, you're penis will be done for though.

I dont understand anymore, I give up..

You have people saying that rest is important, and the next set of people say that its okay to work out 24/7 make up your mind, which is better..

How the hell can someone set up a routine when someone says this and the other says the next, who am I going to believe?

I know, I will probably just go back to the regular routine instead of doubling everything up and just add a few more things into the routine, thats about it.

Interesting stuff guys, I was going online to post about the same question… mine was about rest period times. Im going on 5 days and my penis is still pretty sore, did I over due it???

What a typical recovery time period?

This is extremely interesting and we need more replies, yo Doublelongdaddy where are you at?

Hey Oliver, there are two main strands of thought on this issue right now: plastic deformation 'vs' IPR Theory. (of course there is a lot of middle ground in beween).

The former basically says you need to put lots of time and intensity into the pursuit of big gains, to plastically 'deform'. A good example of this is BIB's hanging methods.

The latter has been thoroughly (and in quite a complicated manner) been articulated by Xenolith (with borrowing of idea's from other people) at other forum. This method places a lot of emphasis on rest and deconditioning.

Both have worked. This is a really general summary; read as much as you can, and make up your own mind. Hope this helps.
