I've done this a few times in the past and would have to say that they were accompanied by the BIGGEST and BEST orgasms of my life!!!!!!!!

Yes. I was so surprised of it, that I thought I'm pissing myself and so I interrupted the orgasm somehow.
I've never had such an orgasm again till today, even if I had some major orgasms after which I was not able to do anything for the next 10-15 minutes or longer (or maybe shorter, don't know, I never looked at a clock) than staring at the ceiling. I was so high on endorphins that I was not able to lift my arm or anything. Someone could have stab me and I'd have died smiling.

It's a simple mental technique of which I once read about on the internet. I think the guy wrote that it's some kind of tantra technique. It was also the first time I read about dry orgasms. Whatever.

When you're feeling you're coming to the point of no return you don't let yourself go and fall in ecstasis but you get on a mental distance.

That's it. Sounds quite easy but needs some practice. The best is to try it while masturbating.
It works similar to the: If you have a hard-on think about baseball and the erection reduces.
The more excited you are the more your mind is focused on your genitals and instead of losing yourself to this feeling you consciously step back mentally.

Basically there's not much difference to interrupting the act by stopping to thrust or masturbate till your excitement is reduced but with the advantage that you don't have to interrupt.
