Hey

Brand new to PE and the forum. Looking to come up with a good Jelqing and stretching routine.

My current / starting stats are:

4/26/15
F:NBPL 3.25 - 4
F:BPL 4.75
F:G 3.5 - 4

E:NBPL 5.5
E:BPL 6.0
E:G 4.5

I will say that my flaccid length varies widely. Slightly less variation in my erect length but it depends on intensity of arousal, etc. I also figure I can gain some immediate visual gains if I lean out - right now I am carrying about 25 extra pounds.

Looking forward to getting started and any advice would be much appreciated. As for goals - I'd like to reach my genetic max (whatever that is) but to start would like to hit 6.5in erect length, 5+in erect girth, and consistently larger flaccid lengths.

Also want to add that I perceive myself as having a small dick. I know that's not completely statistically accurate. I think improvements in my girth would definitely help my self perception.

So many of us started small, or at least feeling small. Welcome to the brotherhood.

What year you born lucky69? As this will give a clue to what kind of HGH, and T challenges you may have.

Girth will come easily, but as a newb you'll be happy to learn that your PE inexperienced tissues will give you between 1-2" of length gains.
As a newb just learning to do the motions well enough and not overdoing them, plus sticking to it like a man obsessed are the key things.
Also don't discount the importance of heat-work. There is a lot of complex biochemistry and physics behind it, but all you have to do is ensure you use it, though starting you won't notice the effects as much till later.
Realise that most stretching and jelqing - when done with max effect - will potentially boost both girth and length as the penis will grow proportionately - not just in length.

There is no genetic maximum, there's potentially a physiological maximum, but that doesn't come in until you get to over 10.5" length and 7" girth.

Anyone who comes to us, weather they are big or small in real size, come here because they are insecure about their size. This is a place that will help everyone get what they want. I wish you the best and starting off where you are is where most men start off.

Thanks for the response owmaballs. I am 46 years old.

In regards to HGH and T, about a year and a half ago I got pretty sick with severe headaches, lethargy, pain, etc.. And I've been totally health for all my life. It turned out that I had a structural issue with my pituitary gland. Due to this my T quickly spiraled down to the 90's. It's likely that I had this issue my whole life and did not have obvious symptoms.

I self inject T weekly and my numbers are in the 700-800's. Prior to the pituitary failure my T was in the 400's (had it tested around the time I turned 40). I can safely play around with my injection to get that number higher or lower.

Not sure about the HGH - it was not an obvious problem - but I can ask the DR next time I see him. I also know how to naturally boost my GH through strict nutrition, weight lifting and limited supplements. IT's not the same as supplementing with GH but you can get limited increases.
 
Make sure you always warm up and down for at least 5 minutes. For you I would recommend wet jelqs with olive oil or some other lube. For stretches you should stick with the newbie routine.

Thanks GirthGains.. How do you manage to stay at a half erection while jelqing with lube? Tried it and got a raging hard on. Just not used to any lubricated stimulation unless I am having sex. Gonna assume you get used to it and desensitize.
 
for me I like jelqing from 50 to 80 percent erection. But make sure you don't jelq at to much of a erection till you get well conditioned. For me I got used to it. Also I do kegels and length work everyday so my penis is more desensitized and fatigued so I rarely get a raging hard on when jelqing. If I were you I would just stop jelqing if your too had let it go down and continue to jelq and repeat the process as needed. I remember having this problem before.

Yes you are gonna get used to it,give it a few weeks and your penis should get used to it ;)

It does take some time to become used to the various changes that will be happening. There will be some soreness and some odd feeling that have not felt before. After a while it will feel normal. Remember, you are enlarging your penis, it will take some getting used to but it is Oh so worth it!

Leave the T & HGH at normal levels.
Your dick grows fine within normal body parameters, you need to do the PE. Something you perhaps should try is wearing a ROP, Ring Of Power, or the microvolt copper & pure zinc rods that are worn around your package - you konw what this is? It encourages hormone production in the testes.

You don't need to lift weights so much but you should aim to intercept the insulin response in the body with some high intensity reps of a low strain, on joints motion, such as pressups or something else with your own bodyweight. It works very well to try and do this post PE training and before bed to get the best HGH output at night.

And you don't want to supplement HGH - or GH as you're calling it -you want to incite your body to secrete its maximum instead. Introducing more or boosting it's presence doesn't play well with the body's own regulation and it is only one activator in a complex 6 step biochemical process that leads to growth. So increasing the presence of HGH doesn't increase the amount or rate of growth, it just causes an imbalance in a complex feedback mechanism which is barely understood; else as a species we'd have mastered how to grow parts of ourselves easily.
