I am NOT an expert by any stretch, but Red Light therapy, in practice, especially on the glans in this case, may help to improve blood flow, healing and nourish the blood vessels in the glans as you have shown.
Also: Ensure that you are using warm up/warm down each and entry time. I utilize an electric blanket for this purpose and it does indeed help to ensure blood flow is good as well as the pliability of the ligaments, tunica and skin in prep and finish of PE. This is imperative.
Just my thought and suggestion.

What about this? I'm using this equipment but besides better blood flow or maybe threating tissues (or maybe I'm only thinkig it helps) it does nothing to do with appearance.. The best part of this is I've visited dermatologist and he said to me that I have this since I was born, lol :D
My main traget is to get rid of blisters, cracking.. repair look/appearance of glans, because I will be literally ashamed showing my "THING" to the future girlfriend/wife etc..

Check pictures. I'm using such items. First one is more powerful = 300 WAT

Ok. Those look legit, just make sure they are a dual mode” device. Meaning: Infrared And Also Near infrared blue. These two, in combo, help with the vessels as well as the skin healing.
I am not too sure about your glans and IF this applies action will bring back to the color Not sure.

Back to exercises. I'm afraid I will make myself pain, so slowly...
I did 50 jelqs today combined with cardio exercise earlier: abs, legs etc.
I don't know if stretching is not going to hurt me later..
I only did 50 jelqs and little massage like for example: you lay and you massage from the balls to the glans. I read somewhere that it might improve your EQ.

I use Aloe Vera, some creams for penile health.
We'll see..
The most important thing is I don't feel pain anymore or only once a week due to injury.
Appearance of a glans is hard to accept tho..

What is less invasive? Jelqing or stretching?
My main goal was always length, but if it's impossible then anyway is good - might be girth, as well..
Just a small change 1 cm and it will be greeeat.

Unfortunately, I still have some issues with my penis.
It might be Mondor's Disease.. something bad happened with my veins and especially frontal one looks a way bigger than it used to look before.
I feel pain.
What is worse, I tried to have sex and 5 seconds after penetration started erection went to 0%...
It doesn't look normal (this vein)
How to get rid of it ? I went to doctor, he said everything looks normal. No, not at all...

@DudePoland956 check out hardcore water pump stretches. Based on your feedback I think they would work best for what you are trying to achieve. Essentially you pull in the bathmate cylinder for
30 seconds down then
30 seconds straight out then
30 seconds straight up
Rest for about a minute or come out of the pump then repeat for 3 to 5 total sets

@DudePoland956 I went back and read your thread. Sorry you are having these issues brother. Definitely heal up. On some of your pics, I am not circumcised so maybe others would come in and see what’s they think, but it looks like maybe your circumcision scar got inflamed too.
Sometimes I have dipped my member in ice cold water for a minute or so followed by a warm shower to help with circulation. I would continue to use the hydrocortisone cream and gentle massage of the glans for circulation.
From the most recent pics it looks better.
I had a problem with glans from using a noose type extender and after using it for a couple of months I felt like my penis had lost sensation.
Gave it time to heal an rest about a couple of months, but I got in my head a lot so I feel where you are coming from.
Got a different vacuum type extender and do better with it and also use a pump checked pressure when you use it
Some brothers here are praying for you that you heal up good

And then ease back into it don’t rush.

Listen to your body if you need an extra day of rest.

I've used nearly all the PE devices meant for length before settling for the length master. It's the best.

When I have used the length master, directly afterwards my penis looks and feels longer. I'm really feeling it working.
