I know Bib's LOT theory was dissected and discarded, etc. However I do not think the entire theory needs to be thrown out, only a small section of it.
The portion of the LOT theory that recieved considerable debate, was the computation of how much lig based gains you have through the "LOT Test".
I see how this is not a clear science. However the entire LOT theory should not be thrown out, or the concept of lig based gains...
Instead of worrying about "LOT testingu", you can determine the amount of lig based gains you have potentially with your eyes and your hands...
We call the "exit point" where the penis is appearing from "within" the body, and shown outside of the body. Benind this "exit point" is the pubic bone.
The penis attaches near the anus, and rides along the pubic bone until the exit point. Depending on whether your ligs are tight, or how they are attached determined wither the penis "exits" "high" ( closer to the navel ), or "low" ( further from the navel ).
If you could stretch your ligs or if they where attached differently, your penis would "exit" nearer to your rectum, and some of the "inner penis" would be outside of your body and encased in skin. You will notice this on a lot of guys who are either naturally large or in �naked people movies�, that it appears the penis exits low, and that there is not much "inner penis".
Mandigo, for example has not more than 2" of inner penis, possibly under 1"... Where some "normal" guys have 4" or more of "inner penis".
This is why Bib preached going after lig based gains. They are real, its just the mention of "LOT testing" to figure out how much lig based gains you have was not the right way.
You can use your eyes and hands to feel under the skin to see how much lig based gains you have in you. If you have more than 2" of inner penis, you have lig based gains. Like I said, many people have 4" of inner penis, so there are gains there that you have not realized.
All lig based gains are not easy. The initial lig based gains may come quickly, but further lig based gains may result in "lig burn" as red zulu has pointed out. Its not pleasant, but it is stretching and increasing the length of the ligs.
