That is exactly what it does. With the WFG large enough, the bottom hex nuts can be let out, the hanger is able to grasp the top sides of the two major chamber easier.

I did maintanence hanging, and extreme Ulis for gains, for about 18 months after I stopped hanging for gains. I had already gained a lot of base girth, about 1.5 inches from hanging, and a bit of girth at the head and upper shaft from wrapping for head expansion.

I am not exactly sure what constrictors entail. I did Extreme Ulis, using an Uli thing.
I am not sure if the entire thread on them is here or not. But it is not hard. All I did was wrap below the area to be worked on, then got a partial erection, then put the Uli thing on. I used a sweat shirt underwrap, with a Theraband overwrap. I wrapped about two inches of shaft. It takes a bit of practice to keep pushing blood above the wrap and Uli thing. As the area above the wrap fills, the shaft pushes out against the wrap, helping to cut off return blood flow, which helps create the pressure above the wrap.
At some point in the filling process, pushing blood up while tightening the Uli thing a bit more; all blood flow, in and out is cut off, and the tunica is expanded laterally past the marginal stretch. I would leave this for a max of ten minutes, then release the pressure, rest a bit, and start over. I would do many 'sets' per day. But I do not know exactly how many I would usually do. I never did any other exercises while I was expanded. The pressure generated by the Uli thing was tremendous. I feel anything else would be dangerous.
There are several stages in the lateral stretching process. During the first set, the head would usually become somewhat larger, and bumps may appear on it. As the sets progress, the head becomes larger with each set, and eventually, it becomes very large, red, and shiny. I always felt like it was well past the marginal stretch at that point.
One thing to remember, your actual shaft and head girth will NEVER reach the dimensions of your Uli assisted dimensions. But your normal erect measurements will get much larger. That fact can be a bit disappointing from time to time, but don't sweat it. Just know that you are making progress.

That would be 2.25 inches. I do not think that is impossible at all. Pressure is pressure. As long as you can generate sufficient pressure to expand the tissues past the marginal stretch on a consistant basis, I am sure you can do it. But it will take a couple of years or more.
I do recommend that you reach your length goals first. The process of expanding the tunica laterally will produce more collagenous material in your tunica, and will make length gains tougher.
