My girth is 4.5 ms erect and probly 3 somthing flaccid. The problem im having is that no matter what I do the hanger allways rides on the head causing it to swell and lose circulation, giving it the clod numb feeling. I have tried countless combinations of wraps(ace, ace selfadhesive, cloth, theraband, combinations of), amount of wrap, tightness of wrap, placement of hanger on penis(closer to base or head), placement of penis vertically in hanger(higher or lower), toe settings, and top gap setting. No matter what I do it allways happenes, allthough never painfull I hang like this anyways and just restore circulation after the set. Im begging to belive that I just dont have enough penis for the hanger to grab onto. Ive had this thing for months and still cannot get past the initial "finding comfortable settings" stage. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
Question sir: Is it just the hanger sliding forward or is the entire wrap and hanger combination sliding forward onto your penis head?

OK, it will take a bit of time, but we can fix this. First, which hanger are you using?

At this point, which combination of wraps seems to work best?

Have you ever had the sensation that the hanger was at least partially grasping the internal structures of the shaft?

Once I know which hanger you have, I can make some recommendations. Then you tell me how that works, then we can change a bit more. After a few trials, we should be able to get you sorted.

I have the bib starter. I usually use theraband?(blue rubbery stuff I ordered with the hanger) cut into 12 by 2, spirialed starting from an inch from my glans toward the base 3 or 4 times around wrapped snug but not tight. I usually do this because it is the most comfortable setting and easiest to setup. All the toe gaps and top gap are all the way down. No matter how much I wrap or how tight the hanger is it allways slips down the shaft to the head. Maybe just throw me some ideas on what I can try and I will give it a whirl tomorrow and let you know how it goes.

Don't stress about this, It has taken me from March/April 2003 to get to where I think most begginners hangers are after about 3 to 4 weeks of expereimentation. Listen too what Bib says, he is always on the money and knows his stuff.

I have been there and done what your have been going through. Probably every hanger has. Fuck me I have given up a few times but I have always come back to hanging better for it. I am so proud of myself that I never really throw in the towel and snatched it from Hanging. The hanging principle is simply but it has a learning curve to it that is so round you may never ever gasp the ideas and princples too it. One thing for sure is that it does work, and if a the slowest learning hardgainer (myself) can constantly make progress you can too.

I would give you advice but that would seem like the blind lending the blind maybe so I will just follow this post for now.

Don't give up on this it can work for you once you find your settings and programm that suits you and your unit. I have head swelling issues before when I first started. SO don't stress mate.

OK, first we need to get your wrapped flaccid girth (WFG) up to about 4-4.5 inches. Best would be to have a sweat shirt material underwrap, with the Theraband overwrap. You should not need too much, but try some different lengths of wrap, and then different spacing of the spirals to get it about right. I would estimate perhaps 15 inches of 2 inch wide cloth material, and about that same amount of Theraband. Realize that the closer the spirals are together, the more WFG.

After you get your WFG up to the 4-4.5 inch range, you should be able to use the bottom hex nut adjustments, and get the proper top gap.

The problem is the hanger not grasping the internal strucures of the shaft, and not forming the 'shoulders' of the head, for the hanger to ride on. So, the hanger needs to be tighter, while in the correct configuration.

When the hanger is sufficiently tight to hang the desired amount of weight, you want the top teeth fairly meshed, but not completely. Depending on the WFG measurement, this will mean the bottom hex nuts will have to be set correctly.

Start with the bottom hex nuts out about one-quarter inch. Then, try out the hanger. Be sure you have the head pulled out a bit as you tighten, to where you are grasping back on the shaft. Then, when you think you have it tight enough, pull out manually a bit and see if the hanger is grasping the internal structures. If not, tighten a bit more. Test again, and repeat the tightening if needed.

After applying the weight for a minute or so, you may need to tighten a bit more.

Try some of this and let me know how you get along. There are some other things that may need to be tried.

Ok cool thanks, I don't think I have tried messing with the toe with a thicker wrap yet. I think it might work cause it changes the dimensions on how the hanger will grasp if you think about it. I will give it a go tommorow and let you know how it works out. I have a good understanding on how the hanger works and the penis structurally so I belive with trial and error I can figure this out eventually.

I feel like I ripped you off for only paying you 90 whatever dollars for such a well engineered product with even more amazing instant one on one customer support! Thanks again bib.
 
Oh and while I have your attention I would like to ask you a question totaly off subject. After you gained your length you wanted, how long did it take you to go from 5eg(if i remember correctly) to whatever you are now? I remember you saying that you did mostly constrictors but can you expand on that and go into detail on what you used, what exercises you mostly did while constricted, at what intensity, and a general idea of how regularly they were done? I remember measuring 4.25eg when I was pre pe and my goal of 6.5 seems impossible at times but I never lose hope. I know its going to take years but I know I can do it if I know the way. You are an inspiration to me, please be my guide. :)

That is exactly what it does. With the WFG large enough, the bottom hex nuts can be let out, the hanger is able to grasp the top sides of the two major chamber easier.

I did maintanence hanging, and extreme Ulis for gains, for about 18 months after I stopped hanging for gains. I had already gained a lot of base girth, about 1.5 inches from hanging, and a bit of girth at the head and upper shaft from wrapping for head expansion.

I am not exactly sure what constrictors entail. I did Extreme Ulis, using an Uli thing.

I am not sure if the entire thread on them is here or not. But it is not hard. All I did was wrap below the area to be worked on, then got a partial erection, then put the Uli thing on. I used a sweat shirt underwrap, with a Theraband overwrap. I wrapped about two inches of shaft. It takes a bit of practice to keep pushing blood above the wrap and Uli thing. As the area above the wrap fills, the shaft pushes out against the wrap, helping to cut off return blood flow, which helps create the pressure above the wrap.

At some point in the filling process, pushing blood up while tightening the Uli thing a bit more; all blood flow, in and out is cut off, and the tunica is expanded laterally past the marginal stretch. I would leave this for a max of ten minutes, then release the pressure, rest a bit, and start over. I would do many 'sets' per day. But I do not know exactly how many I would usually do. I never did any other exercises while I was expanded. The pressure generated by the Uli thing was tremendous. I feel anything else would be dangerous.

There are several stages in the lateral stretching process. During the first set, the head would usually become somewhat larger, and bumps may appear on it. As the sets progress, the head becomes larger with each set, and eventually, it becomes very large, red, and shiny. I always felt like it was well past the marginal stretch at that point.

One thing to remember, your actual shaft and head girth will NEVER reach the dimensions of your Uli assisted dimensions. But your normal erect measurements will get much larger. That fact can be a bit disappointing from time to time, but don't sweat it. Just know that you are making progress.

That would be 2.25 inches. I do not think that is impossible at all. Pressure is pressure. As long as you can generate sufficient pressure to expand the tissues past the marginal stretch on a consistant basis, I am sure you can do it. But it will take a couple of years or more.

I do recommend that you reach your length goals first. The process of expanding the tunica laterally will produce more collagenous material in your tunica, and will make length gains tougher.

I didn't have much time today to try it out but I did get one set in and it was alot more comfortable. Allthough I did have the same problems the circulation was noticably better. I think I will get it soon with more tiral and error.

About the uli thing, I remember seeing pics of it a long time ago but I forget what it is exactly. Do you hang weights from it or just manual stretch?

No, you just put it on, and tighten it, creating tremendous internal pressure. I and a couple other people eventually tried using a bit of weight with it, but each of us found it too intense. That much pressure is just not needed.

I think the instructions on how to make an Uli thing are stuck at the top of this forum. Perhaps with the homemade Bib hanger instructions.

I have gained .5 girth since I made that post hoping it would make it easier for me to hang but it hasn't. Tried for 3 hours last night but I can't comfortably hang 12.5 lbs or more. It feels like all the weight is being held by the head, my ligs dont feel anything.

Its the most fustrating thing in the world to fully understand what you want to do and how to do it but can't for some unknown reason. Im not giving up just yet.

I feel your pain. I have a small flaccid girth. With Bigger's help I'm able to get to 17.5 lbs now.

Sometimes I have a good set, good wrap and good settings, no slippage, no pain, no numbness. Sometimes (but much less often) I have problems. When I do have a problem, I start with a small weight, 5 lbs, hang for a couple of minutes till everything is set and comfortable (reasonably comfortable), then add 2.5 lbs, and so on....till I get to what ever weight I want to hang for that set. Once I get the settings ok for that session I usually start the next set one increment lower to assure the settings are still ok and the comfort is still there....i.e. if my last set ended at 12.5 lbs, I'll start the next one at 10 lbs, wait for a minute or two then add weight. It takes a bit longer this way but allows me to get to max weight. Also I only hang 12 minute sets (5/hour). I've tried longer, but run into more problems.

OK, no stress. But we need to go over what you are doing. Give as much information as possible: Where the discomfort is, how and with what you are wrapping, hanger adjustments, etc. This does not have to be a guessing game. Just give all information you can think of, and we will fix it.

This is very weird because I think I solved my problem on accident. I went out and got a barstool at walmart today for only 9 somthing dollars and I am now hanging 12.5 lbs with very little to no discomfort on my very first try for today. Im pretty sure now that I think about it that the office chair that I was using before was making it hang weird. Its hard to explain but I would sit on the edge and the part of the hanger where the toe and gap settings are would still be touching the part that the back of your knees/calfs rest on no matter how far forward I sat. Strange how somthing you would never expect is allways the culprit. :blush:
