Hey guys, what do you consider the best length routine for hands only - Newbie routine followed by DLD blasters? What are your guy's length workouts like?
 
Mine isnt really that special but ive noticed gains.

- 3 Hours of Sizegenetics a day, with each set aiming to add 1 small bar.
- Manual Behind the Cheeks stretches and Rotary stretches after being in the SG.
- DLD Blasters (im still not sure if im doing these correctly), but i love the stretch where i hook my finger under the base of my penis while simultaenously pulling up and stretching down, really feel a good stretch from that!

Very rarely aswell i'll do some length stretches in the Bathmate.
 
Best gains I ever got was from the DLD Total Package Routine but I think it's now called the Inch in 12 Weeks?

I think I was doing 6 hours in the SizeGenetics, 1.5 hours stretching (heavy downward bundled stretches, bundled BTCs, __________-Vs), Bathmate stretches, kegels, jelqs. It was a really hard workout but I gained 0.2 or 0.3 of an inch in 30 days. mine since Nov 30 has been like this
shower Jelqing
behind front and side to side stretches
get out SG extender 4 hours warm
get your penis fatique good sign
then lock hang the rest kegal during day with lock on
no wrap for me i want it long and strong
the extender does all the work for me
then i just hang after wards
