Best gains I ever got was from the DLD Total Package Routine but I think it's now called the Inch in 12 Weeks?
I think I was doing 6 hours in the
SizeGenetics, 1.5 hours stretching (heavy downward bundled stretches, bundled BTCs, __________-Vs),
Bathmate stretches, kegels, jelqs. It was a really hard workout but I gained 0.2 or 0.3 of an inch in 30 days. If you look back at my journal,
