Hey everyone my first thread just joined minuets ago. My biggest question is I want to make my penis longer a inch and a half would he fine. I'm new to penis exercises but am hearing alot about ? jelqing ? Is that right. I would like to know what the best exercises for length are how to preform them and what routine is best. Thanks guys.

Second: Slo-o-o-o-o-w down. Penis Enlargement is a marathon game. Dedication and persistence are invaluable traits in order to succeed.
Third: Read, read, read. Start off right here in the Newbie Forum and expand your knowledge base from there. Finding and incorporating whatever elements work best for you is far superior to following someone elses suggestion verbatim.

Last: Go slowly at first, push your limits intelligently- you can't train a broke dick.

Thanks man thats sounds good i have been reading this site and there is slot more to it then what the Internet says when you search Penis Exercises and you get all that wasteful spam. That's for the help sir.
 
DLD Blasters, Squash jelqs, and between the cheeks stretches.

That's all I've been doing lately, and it has been working more than pretty much anything I've done before.

I only do them once everytime I go to the bathroom. Seems to be working preeetty well.
 
Footlongs and Sock Stretches are a couple more exercises that kick ass
 
If you are completely new, I would go with DLD's newbie routine then go from there. Like it was said before, SLOW DOWN. You aren't going to get an inch over night so take your time and get ready for the ride.
 
What are footlongs and sock exercises.

I Did search it I can't find out how to do the FL and sock Streches. Alot of good reports. Nothing on how to do them and how long or often.
 
Firstly i advice that you set yourself an aim. Then i advise that you do DLD's newbie routine (more jelqs if you want to gain a lot of girth). Afterward i advise Redz recommended routine and then afterward (these should have taken over a year), you try some of the more challenging stuff.

It also depends on preference as some people like me prefer completely manual routines while others like to pump of clamp.
 
stretching = mostly length
jelqing = mostly girth

definitely start with DLD's newbie routine, and read the hell out of this forum :D I got great results right away with the newbie routine. make sure you follow all the directions and don't skip any steps
