Hey guys,

I've decided to go down the road of PE after deciding that my size isn't quite where i want it to be, i believe these thoughts have been purely provoked based on what the internet deems as an acceptable size, anyway that's jus the way it is. I've never had my girlfriend complain however i still manage to get obsessed by the fact i'm not happy with the size and want to make it bigger as do most men probably.

Anyway my question is, is it worth buying a bathmate product to increase girth, maybe some length? It seems from a few of the forums on here that it is possible? I am completely new to PE so i have no idea what it will be like when starting out but i'm hoping for some realistic gains, nothing too drastic as i don't think it's physically possible. Anyway below is my current status and what i hope to achieve, do you guys think this is achievable when using the Bathmate for say 20 minutes a day?

Current:
BPEL: 6.5"
EG: 4.5"

Target:
BPEL: 7"
EG: 5.5"

Does the bathmate cause your dick to get mis-shapen when using it in any way, or how bad can the discolouration be? If it's minor and heals quickly then that's ok, i just don't want to have a blue dick and can't use it for days on end lol.
 
Bathmate is for girth, some guys report length gains but I wouldn't expect that. If u need length get a length master and/or extender. Discoloration is usually not bad unless you do a crazy session without working up to it
 
yeah i think the BM can help whit lenght too but i wonder how long it would take before the gains can be noticed?:( 3 months can give us maybe half an inch.anyone knows the answer?:(
 
I'm closing-in on 18 months of continuous/consistent use and have made significant gains, (went from 6.5" BPEL to 8" and 5.5" MSEG to 7") and am now shooting for 9X7 by the end of the year, (short-term goal is 8.5" by June). I do at least 20 minutes in the morning and evening before I go to bed, (and if I work from home, I'll squeeze-in a mid-day session), and I highly recommend the VacuVin mod for increased pressure.
You will definitely achieve your goal in short-order, but be prepared to get addicted to it lol

You only do pumping? No other exercises?

During my BM sessions I do expressive stretching, (left/right/up/down/helicopter) and also trap the BM between my knees for a straight-down lig stretch for at least 10 minutes, (I like the look of a low-menacing erection angle :))
The VacuVin mod also provides for significantly more pressure than the stock BM or even the Extreme version, so I'm at 90%-100% for the entire duration...very intense

I look forward to being able to do bathmate stretches. My dick isnt conditioned for it yet. I cant pump to max pressure or I get crazy fluid retention.

But thats inspirational to see someone gain that much with only using the bathmate. Do you get fluid retention while doing the stretches? Do you feel it has any negative impact?
 
There's definitely FR, but every 5-10 minutes I'll do a bit of SSJ's while I'm refilling the BM with warmer water from the shower. After a couple of hours, I'd say 90% of my FR is gone...since I do this 2-3 times everyday, I don't know if I ever get rid of 100% of the FR but it's never bothered me or inhibited any activities :)

And that is the reason SRT made this the main method of pumping. I am so happy you are using the latest information in PE.

Sounds like a great way to mix girth and length work. I always found normal stretching to be a bit weird. Expressive and tunica stretching seems to be the only length truly worth doing to me.

Really good point, i have knowledge this 2 times now. One time when i started flaccid jelqing randomly, when i had a break from jelqing. And boom i got gains instantly.
And yesterday i started doing ULIs again, and boom. I got about 0.1 - 0.2 girth gains. When this "boom" thing happens i get instant at least 0.1 inches girth gains. Feels amazing.
My base is 5.3 now kinda, started with 4.33.

I'm on a length plateu though, i want to see what an extender can bring me.

Thanks a lot! Is there a specific thing you want to know? Would be easier to answer that question more clearly then, as i have been doing penis enlargement exercises like everybody else :)

My logbook is unfortunately in my old PC, i have a new PC now since 2 days.

I would say the secret is consistent training and ALWAYS edge as a warm down for like between 10-30 minutes. The goal when you edge is to reach that moment when your penis is about to cum (the penis will expand the chambers naturally)
When you do this you will reach a bigger size than you would if you didn't do this. The goal is to hit this "state" many times while you are edging & don't cum. When you are about to cum, use a strong keegel to not cum, this also expands the
chambers naturally without exercises. You can always put in some random ULIS at the time you are about to cum, but you have to time it right. You don't want to block the "sperm" from getting out. You have to be sure you are not going to cum
but still reaches that "expanded" state and keep it so with the ULI for like 30 seconds, and if your penis loses size while holding the grip, release the tightness of your grip really quick and do a strong keegel again and then tighten your grip again, the goal is to keep your naturally expanded size that appears right before you cum, when the penis is reaching this "pulsating" state but you should not take it so far that you will "cum". When you have done this for like as long as you feel, and your penis
starts to get tired and you can't keep this expanded state anymore you are done, and this is the time you can "cum" if you want to.

This is the method i use for girth. So instead of creating penis expansion with exercises and tools. This is the way to expand your penis naturally and your penis will tell you when it is done, instead of guessing the reps while doing jelqing etc.
With this method your penis tells you when it's time to stop :)
But compensating with exercises before could always be good i guess.

EDIT: One more thing. I always measure myself while doing this method to keep track of the gains and what is happening to my penis. So i basically measure everytime after training when i edge. I don't wait 1-3 months like most people do.

MEG was 4.8 and BEG: 5.3 2 days ago. So now i know i will reach that size on a constant level with enough time. :)

Hey guys,

So i've purchased the Bathmate x40 and it arrived today so i was super excited to try it out and see what it can do. Started using it in the shower for the first time today from flaccid as some beginner routines recommend, however nothing much seems to be happening when I'm pumping (not even getting hard) and all the water is expelled from the Bathmate. What am i doing wrong? Are my pumps not strong enough? It feels like there is a pretty good seal around the base as i can feel the suction it's just my dick just isn't getting hard.

Any advise?

I've now purchased a bathmate x40 which i was really excited about and started using it a couple of days ago. However first time i used it i could feel the suction against my groin but nothing was really going on with my dick. Not sure what the cause of this is? Am i not creating enough suction with my pumping strokes? Most of the water leaves the pump before i get any decent suction.

At the moment i am starting from flaccid although my dick rubs against the cylinder wall when pumping which kinda hurts so i'm thinking of starting from erect would be better.

Any advise would be appreciated.

Be sure that you move the top switch, at the valve to the correct position, this will either allow water out or block water from releasing. Also, shave your pubic hair down to 1/4". I also suggest using a bit of vaseline around the seal. These things should help you solve this issue.
 
Shave your pubes if you haven't.
I use this lube and use it generously. In the area
the cylinder will contact and all over my dick.

You should not "lose" water except through the valve when you pump.
I have found flipping the switch left or right after each pump and allowing my dick to
expand in response to the increased vacuum before pumping again works best for me.
Be patient! There is a learning curve with the Bathmate.
