guys,

just wondering if anyone has been combining the Bathmate session followed by a clamping session straight after?

just wondering if its safe to do, if anyone has tried it and if anyone has seen good gains from it?
 
This would be in line with SRT Practice of healing after training by using a cock ring but in this case it would be a clamp. Should work very well for you.

i am going to be starting my first week of clamping on monday so i don't know if i should wait to use this method when my penis has got more used to clamping

Getting used to clamping as more of a cock ring than a full out clamping will be a smart way to ease into the full intensity of the exercise plus it will help you keep your expansion longer.
 
i did my first Bathmate set followed by clamping yesterday it was GREAT even made my temp gains from Bathmate a little bigger , and i kept them for near enough the whole day

im already doing it just not a clamp itself but i am tieing a shoelace super tight 3 times around my dick/balls and can feel great expansion though a clamp might give me a better constricion

One inch in a month would be a incredible gain but it has been done before so keep your hope up. Sometimes shooting for a great goal will help us gain, maybe not to what we hoped for but definitely a gain. Sometimes shooting for the stars will land you on the moon, maybe not as far as you wanted but definitely progress.
 
I've been clamping with edging in a 5x5x3 style routine after a BM session for a whole with some good gains. But now I do 5 min of SSJ and five min of clamping before a BM session, and I'm pretty impressed with this pre pump/ pre exhaust technique. It sets me up for more pressure and a better expansion in the BM.
 
Yes clamping after BM is a good workout combination. Sometimes to add just a little bit extra to when I'm doing that combination workouts. I will work up to 75% or better erection the double clamp as close to my base as I can. Then take an "Ok" just below your glan with your palm covering your head. Then squeeze and hold for a second, taking this action and do 50-reps (squeezes). Then back off your clamps to massage cause you will be sore. Depends how I feel I will do 1-3 sets of the squeezes, then into my night time sleeve.

I have been hearing of men doing a pre-workout before the 5x5x3 routine and it seems to be working well for most guys. Glad you are seeing better results with this and I hope other men take your advice and give it a try.
