Why I haven't heard much about this pump...does anyone kno if its wortht the money I purchased one just waiting for it to get shipped

What??? There's only Bathmate X-40, X40, X40 and X-40. Is this Bathmate extreme some new product or what? I may not have understood your post.

Its an X40 with a comfort pad and hand ball pump for overpressuring... other accessories.

Is it stronger ( in terms of pressure intensity) than the X40 and X40 or the only difference is the bonus accessories?

Now, one of those is a pump ball, so once you Max out the gator you can overpressure (overvacuum) it with the pump.

You could also go dry/air pump? As meatpuppet has described here recently on his Penomet with wine vac mod...

Of course, these methods may lead to fluid retention and discoloration, already a risk with Bathmate due to overpumping... but they're possible with this kit.

Oh, and Love, my question to you (since I have no experience with pumps at all) is what does it mean to overpressure? Is it something similar to more intensity for more girth expansion or what? Thanks in advance!

The pump will go to so much vacuum pressure. With Penomets gators this is a fixed number. With Bathmates you can go higher (lower?) On a scale of diminishing returns maybe,. but you can keep pumping for more pressure(vacuum)...

Then attaching these vacuum pumps to the valve you can suck it even harder and go more into overpressure range. (Lower pressure # = more vacuum suction)

Its vacuum suction really, not pressure like psi added into your cars tire... its opposite that. But "pressure" is the lay term in common usage in Penis Enlargement circles including Mos men. NP.

So "overpressure" really means excess pumped suction beyond design. Also used loosely by me and others in the PT fanboys side to describe going beyond reason of the 5x5x3 routine into the "overpumped" zone which gets common side effects of veins bloodspotting, Fluid retention and discoloration problems. So overpressure is synonymous with overpumped, both implying excess vacuum one way or another.

That's the general concensus from Mos users reports... Bathmate is a major sponsored link on Mos, so I percieve and feel myself a hesitation from mods to be critical. I hate to be negative anyway as a principle.

But Bathmate users oft report discoloration and waterlogging, ie Fluid Retention issues, in their routine logs where they report zealously pumping longerand longer times, and higher pump pressures...

Not that PT guarantees no side effects. Mos PT men going for highest gators only, for longer times, and using the vac mods... do report these same side effects.

The genious design of the Penomet is the graduated gators. Ill bet thus helps sneak up on Max pumped expansion in a way that avoids FR and discoloration, yet gives sufficient expansion to get gains in reasonable, patient time.

So I conclude the culprit is impatience... that's not a design flaw of the Bathmate, that's a character flaw of its owner.

lol, I thought they released a new pump the other day when an unexpected Hydromax ended up at my door I even overlooked that it was an X40 thinking it was something else. I almost made a complete ass of myself by filming a new video Blindness and Unexpected Pumps can cause a lot of issues
