What I am best with is Physics, any exercise I create is based on sound physical principals. In may cases I would not even need to test the exercise to know it works (even though I do). The thing is I created so many exercises that there is not too much to add. I have a few new exercises coming but they become far and between as time progresses. I do spend much thought in exercise but I also know that the future is all about equipment and manual work. So I spend much time thinking on tools.

I started PE like 1 and a half months ago. I measured after 9 days and had gained 1cm erect length and up til now i've made a total gain of half an inch. I got pissed off and stopped for a couple weeks and have been pretty inconsistent. The most important thing is writing down a routine and sticking exactly to it every day, then u figure out if you need to change up something

1cm in less than 10 days is great, that's what I made when I "first" heard about PE :) - amazing

Exactly. Doing it precisely or doing it to your best of your ability with all your force and focus, consistently, will give you the best of gains. Many of us have trouble after reaching a point of comfort. However we need to push each other harder to reach ultimate goals.

Nice, but after that i was sporadic and didn't work much - now i'm not gonna miss any work out, see how much gains i make in he next couple months

Lol, just keep at it man. I made an insane gain in 9 days then was sporadic with my workouts and have only gained a few more milimetres since then

Plateaus are a bitch. Usually, one quick change can keep that plateau from coming. It's amazing how our bodies work. When they become used to a certain activity we adjust and have to constantly keep changing.

This is so true! My 1st year I was crazy-determined and maybe missed 2 or 3 days out of 365 and made great progress...then I seemed to have plateaued. Now I train 2-3 times per day Tu-Sat and then spend time w/my GF late Sat-Tu AM. So I train for 4 days, have sex for 3 days and back to training and it has helped me break-past the 8.25"-8.375" ceiling...I'm a consistent 8.50" BPEL and I'll continue w/this schedule until I reach another hard-stop.
Staying consistent but also varying the routine seems to be the best recipe for me
