hi i am 19 years old and i am i currently still a virgin but now i just got a girl friend so thats all about to change, my question is i am just so nervous about how quick its going to be. i just want her to be happy. i know when i take painkillers it takes longer for me to ejaculate and i was just wondering if there is any other kind of pills that do the same thing that painkillers do. i would just take painkillers but i was addicted to those so i stopped.

Quest, forget the painkillers you dont need that shit in your body. One thing that helps is to rub one out before your date. I dunno about kegels, one place I read they are only for woman buts other recommend them. Yes, you want to relax the whole time. I'll try to figure out what your talking about with the pushing thing later (I'm at work). It might be a complete unflex of the pc but I also could be misinterpreting what you are saying.
