I want to make sure I have a hard erection next time I am with this girl.
Last time it did not get rock hard and seemed hard to maintain.

What can I do to make sure its solid.?

I was thinking on the day I am meeting her, have an intense workout in the gym!
Get my heart rate high, maybe from high intensity cardio or even a circuit workout including deadlifts/squats.

I think this would help.

Also should I make sure to Bathmate and stretch in the morning or the night before?
Or shall I give it a rest?

If you do this, you're more likely to get so tired that, when you're with her in the evening, you won't be able to get hard for long, or maybe perform as you would've wanted to.
At least that's what happens with me. If I have an intense workout the same day that I'm going to get laid, things don't usually go as planned.
A cardio workout helps with your erection if you do it on a regular basis, but that's just because you're improving your blood flow all over regularly. It's a matter of "unclogging" (or however you spell it) your blood vessels and purifying your whole system. And that doesn't happen overnight. :)

As, lazyhanger suggested, I believe Edging would better suit your needs. And maybe some jelqing as well.

Tbh, this comes and goes for me. Sometimes i'll do my girl savagely for 30 minutes and i'll keep rock hard. Other times i'll get soft after 5 minutes. If I get soft I just go down on her for a while until I get hard again.
