I've been away for quit some time but now I want to resume training from the 3rd of May. I'm 7.2 inches in length and I want to concentrate on girth only. I intend doing 2 girth sessions daily but I will first of all start off with 1 session daily until I'm well conditioned. Also I will be creating a new progress log.

I will like to add length exercises to my current girth routine. I'm not able to do bundles after my girth sessions because my penis will not comply to bundles while training girth because I carry my expansion with a cockring all day long. Can you guys please make a routine for me in the length department? I intend doing erect stretches everyday along with other exercises but not with the length master or SG.

I will appreciate if you guys can suggest some length exercises that I can do along with my girth exercises. It feels good to be back.
 
You can do bundled stretches before girth, it can really help with the tunica, they should be done before each workout.
Doing stretches in all directions, including BTC as described in the SRT and newbie thread is probably always a good idea, because there might be gains here or there.

I really wonder how I can do bundled stretches before girth because my penis might still have some expansion from my girth sessions. Anyway I will see if I can fight the barrier and do bundles together with girth. Maybe I just need to get used to it. Being able to do 1 hour bundled stretches and 2 girth sessions daily will be a great breakthrough. I will experiment and see what is good for me.
 
theres an exercise,but you have to use the LM and they are called foot long stretches..check them n you will see.DLD blasters and you dont need the LM.:)
 
When you do your first session of the day, you won't have expansion, so getting in bundled stretches at that time would be a good idea.

I always get good expansion but there are days when I don't get good expansion though. I will practice and see what is best for me.

I will take a good look at the foot long stretches and DLD blasters. I was also thinking about hanging. I've never hanged before but I'm sure hanging can work together with girth exercise because with hanging you don't need to twist the penis unlike bundled stretches.

I will need more ideas though.
 
The SRT Size Blasters are very good as a length and girth exercise. Erect stretching is also a good choice, as you have made. I also think that doing Bundles prior to girth work is very important to making gains. I am a big fan of combing exercises to cover more territory and be more effective. You have a BathMate so I would also suggest doing HardCore Stretches as they are a very powerful Expressive Length Exercise.

I will not be able to twist my penis that much due to expansion. Will one twist be okay? I am referring to bundled stretches. I normally twist my dick twice to both sides. But if I do girth work at night, the following morning I will not be able to twist it up to two times because I might still have some slight expansion, I just need to get used to it.. I will make use of whatever technique I can find though. Thanks everyone.

If one twist is all you can do at that time, do only one twist, but try pushing without hurting yourself.

One twist is fine, you do not need to push that so hard, the idea is to pre-stretch the Tunica so it can accept larger gains. As time goes on you may increase the twists if you feel they are benefiting your routine. As far as timing goes, in either a girth or length workout 5 minutes of Bundled Stretches should be done before starting workout. If need be, for expansion reasons you may want to get length in before girth.
