By the sound of your wording do you have a vacextender? I used to wear my phallosan 10 hours a day. I assume since it's vacuum based you can. I also wouldn't sleep in that or the Phallason. Not that I'm against it is be to worried all the time.

Yeah - I have a VacExtender.

It's ok.

The compression / vacuum ring is on your penis reasonably tight. Over time, it and the sleeve will stretch a bit - and on my large girth, I could potentially wear it, if the glans cap is on just right... For 6+ hours on occasion.

When new however - and you do have to replace them every few hundred hours (that's what my first set lasted)... But when new, these two silicon pieces can be fairly tight on those of us with a larger girth... And you might only get a couple hours out of each session.

In the end, once I buy a PF, I'll assess whether I can wear it at night. From the design differences, I can see how if I could make it 6 hours with a loosened VacExtender (that is still substantially tighter than the PF)... That the PF really could go very long periods with no problem.
 
If you buy an extender hoping to only use it and make enormous gains, yes, it will be a waste of money. If however, you plan to use it along with an effective program where the extender is used after the actual work, it's worth doing.

True for most men and this is why in the SRT it plays a part in the overall program. There have been a few men who have used the SizeGenetics completely by itself and have made good gains.

I gained around a half inch from just using my jes extender when I first started out. The rest came from hanging, stretching, and jelqing.

It's about static tension which gives more effect than dynamic tension. There is a full science to it.
