Im wondering because the doc had me start these exercises and afterwards i feel like have blue balls. I dunno if im spose to feel that but im basically doing DLDs First routine. I dunno do to my old work schedule and school i was never a real socialable person so a sexlife was outta the picture and for some reason i just don't get turned on touching myself to the point of climax. I was just wondering cause everything is explained except how your supposed to feel after the stretching.

Any feed back would be great.
 
Hydromaxm.. dono my dick just feels ..... used. anyway as far as i can remember you said something about a forskin problem and i don't thing DLD's routins well help heal that.
You gotta pull you're forskin back every day by a little more ( best done under a warm shower by erected staat).
 
i don't have a problem pulling it back i just have a constaraint problem when it gets hard.

If I can get the courage to take a picture of my dick you will see what i mean. i first realized this when a co-worker went to pull the forskin back and she did without pain until she started sucking on it when it was past the head. i don't know if the edge of the foreskin is to tight or what but the doctor said that exercises like this would over time stretch it so the pain wasn't there.

it does sort of like what the Uli does at the base of the penis. My forskin kinda works like an elastic band so at the edge of the forskin when behind my gland causes the shaft in a inch area to look like an hour glass.
 
Yeah you're forskin is to tight! Hydromaxm... well if you're forskin works like a elastic band then it needs to be expanded. Pull the forskin right back as far as you can then that will surly expand it. Do that as much and as often as you can ( like i said best time is under the shower because the warmth of the shower relaxes and softerns the skin). And you should be Erected when doing this!!! Pull it as far back as you can and then the same in the other direction. When you're forskin gets loosend the other prob should be helped aswell with it. And do DLD's routin aswell if the doc said so. And giving you're self a good hard wank once a day for extra streching won't hurt ya. This will take some time ( about 2 - 4 months with the forskin ) But you should notice some differenz in about 1 - 3 weeks time.

Try this, it worked for me and at first i couldn't even pull my skin over my glans because the "elastik band effect" was so tight.

What you can do aswell is pulling you're forskin right out and then sticking 2 fingers in it and strech with each finger to a other side. You should be flacid for this one!....gues you could do it erected to if you got enough skin...

Don't be to brutal when doing these things but aswell don't be to soft. Find a golden middel in strength. And do it undser the shower it realy realy realy helps.

What exercises? Was this in reference to a real doctor?
 
ya i went to the family physician about the problem i had and he said there were two options one was surgery and the other was Penis Enlargement stretches just to loosen up the foreskin as for some reason it gets to be a little tight when fully erect. He also told me to look up sites and actually recommended this one as one of the better sites for exercise routines for this problem. He then said that if the exercises didn't work that i would then have to go for surgery but said that in most cases Penis Enlargement exercises should do the job so we will soon find out. Plus from what i have read and viewed on the site I might get a little added bonus outta the exercises besides pain relief.
 
1. This is the best site on Penis Enlargement. Havn't seen anything near to this
2. Don't forget to do the stuff what i told you aswell, if you do them to then You will get you're prob worked out. Don't forget it will take some time. most people take 2 - 4 months. Don't give up after 2 weeks and go for surgery. It's unecesery and can cause you a lot of pain or even worse. The skin on you're dick is very elastic and can acomplish a lot of thing. Just look at the guys who completly Restore their Forskin. If they can do even that then you're prob should be absolutly no prob. Search the forum for FR fo mor info on it.

That is such a victory for natural penis enlargement, I get so pumped up when I hear that a real doctor suggested Penis Enlargement as an option. I guess the entire real world is not in the dark as I like to thing.
 
true but you also need to know im canadian and candians can be pretty goofy at times too. But again it is a big up for Pe and the uses of it so right on and im glad im a part of the group now.
