Hi,
I have a little problem and need your help, if you have been talking about it already just post links to it in your replies.
About three weeks ago I've been doing my length routine and probably I was too aggressive, few hours after I finished the routine I've noticed a bright spot on my glans and the glans itself was painful to touch. Anyway, after 2-3 workouts I decided to take a break to let my penis to heal.
Right now my glans is not painful anymore but I still have that spot, it's visible when the penis is in flaccid state.
So I wanted to know how can I make that spot go away and more importantly when will I be able to get back to PE to gain more length?

Thank you very much for your help.

Arnica cream could help possibly. It's say to get somewhat aroused and applying the cream so that there's a lot blood flowing. I can't say it will surely cure it, but arnica is good against bruises!

Anrica cream should not be used on mucous membrane, therefore I can not apply it on my glans.
If you have another solution it will be great.
BTW,when will I be able to get back to PE?

I would think the best thing would be BACITRACIN but I would need to see to be sure. If you are no longer feeling pain then yes, you can start PE again. How did this injury happen?

My bad, didn't recall about that mucous membrane thing. DLD's Basibactrin would then probably be the best bet. Some essential oils when diluted well to a good carrier oil can help with bruises, but yeah, the mucous membrane asset can be a problem with that too.

Warm compresses and gentle massaging perhaps? A rice sock for example.

All great suggestions especially the compress, massaging and heat.

Probably because I wanted to do an intense workout so I ignored the pain like a fucking idiot... I just want this spot to go away. Is it possible that it will never go away? Dear Neptune<:(

It can take a while for it to go away, but with care it can diminish! This comes from a dude who accidentally burned his glans with an infrared bulb and that healed up!

Yes, it will go away. Give it a couple weeks using Bacitracin 2 times daily.

Indeed! The truth is the penis is very residual and will bounce back from most injuries very quickly. The longest injury I have heard is Thrombosis, this can last for up to a month. Other than that there has been no injuries beyond this but one. The one that gave permanent damage was a man who wen for penis surgery and took on a nasty infection, losing use of his penis. So in natural PE I have never heard of anything permanent. Outside of PE the greatest injury would be trauma and petronius disease would ensure but this only happens in traumatic situations.
